The building, which has been around for nearly 120 years, has been a vacant house for nearly 40 years. Once loved by neighborhood children who came to study and play, this building was renovated. Returning to its original form, it was reborn as "Fukuchi no Yado Kafu yori-toko". The name "yori-toko" is based on the owner's desire for this place to continue to be a warm place where people can gather, just as it was once a popular "place to gather". With foundation work and insulation, it has become a comfortable home for the current climate.

Opened in July 2020! Yuzuha is located in a quiet village surrounded by mountains and rice fields in Mine City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. We renovated an old private house built in 1890, and it has been reborn as a private inn. Limited to one group per day (up to 6 people), the entire building is private and check-in is contactless, so you can relax without hesitation. Please relax at your own pace. There are tourist spots around the facility, such as Benten Pond, Akiyoshi Dai, Shufu no Taki, and you can enjoy the magnificent scenery created by nature.

This house is the most west guest house in Honshu, Japan. There is a sea in front of the house, which is called the Kanmon Strait. This house has passed 130 years since it was built. We renovated this house in 2016. The new furniture and the old one are mixed in this house. All the places related to water such as kitchen, bath and toilet are new.
