It is a small new building in a quiet residential area 5 minutes from Gangneung Station.Since my major was interior design, I was also interested in architecture.I put that long-standing desire into the Romantic House. It is a multi-story building with a modern and interesting structure built with a combination of white tones and wood. There are bathrooms on the first and second floors, and it is completely blocked from the outside, but it is designed to allow light and wind to pass through. The view, sunlight, and wind from the second floor are exotic, special, and even quiet. In the small garden on the deck side of the first floor, the flowers that bloom You can forget your daily life for a while and enjoy the freedom to wash your mind.

It is about 15 minutes by car from Gangneung Station and is very close to Anmok Beach, which is famous for its coffee street. There is a beach and pine forest right in front of the accommodation, so you can take a walk while enjoying the beautiful scenery in the morning and evening. It is a space where you can watch the sunrise from the terrace and living room in the morning and watch the wonderful sunset in the evening. *From December winter, it is difficult to see the sunrise in the accommodation. 유투브 검색 "일제강점기 한옥이 세컨하우스로" 하시면 동영상 볼수 있습니다 ‘골말가’의 탄생은 1938년으로 거슬러 올라갑니다. 86년의 세월을 견디어 온 목조 구조는 일부 무너진 곳도 있을 만큼 손봐야 할 곳이 많았습니다. 한옥 기둥과 보는 최대한 원형 그대로를 살렸고, 도저히 살릴 수 없는 부재만 일부 교체하여 과거와 현재가 목구조에서 함께 어울리게 하였습니다. 실내의 모든 공간은 외부 마당과 시각적으로 소통될 수 있도록 신경을 썼습니다. 넓은 욕실 공간은 이 집에서 가장 아늑한 곳이 되도록 설계하였습니다. ‘골말가’에 머무르는 동안 과거와 현재의 만남을 체험하시기를 바랍니다.
