Classic private loft suite with modern bathroom and parlor on the upper level of a beautiful Cape Cod house. Includes mini fridge, coffee maker, microwave, AC units and fireplace. In the Friendly Village of Wintersville, close to Franciscan University and Hwy 22. Short walk to shopping, restaurants and buses. Use of washer, dryer, and kitchen available downstairs by appointment for additional fees. Games, books, baby gate, extra beds, bedding, additional toiletries etc, are available on request.

Cozy Getaway

This self-contained apartment is located in the lowest level of our nearly 100yr old home. We are located 4 min from FUS. You will have an exterior access door that faces our garage and parking in our driveway. Although there is one bedroom and one bathroom in the unit, there is room for an air mattress (on request) or pack-n-play (available in apt) to be set up, either in the bedroom or the living room. The kitchen has some cooking and dining equipment in it to make meal prepping possible.

Innisfree Farms' "Big Tiny" has full size comforts and a beautiful setting on our 70 acre farm. Get back to nature without giving up hot showers and A/C. The perfect countryside place to unplug (though TV and WiFi are available), cook out and relax by the fire. A combination of a rustic natural setting and your well-earned comforts. This tiny house has moved to a lakeside spot on our smaller pond -- AWD or 4WD vehicles will be needed in winter in the event of significant snow!

The Cedar House

This 2 bedroom home sits on a friendly residential street in Steubenville and is equipped with everything you need for your stay. Two queen comfortable beds and pillows, professionally laundered with hotel style linens, a coffee bar, and three smart TVs and wi-fi. We loved restoring this space as a family, and we hope that you'll feel equally at home playing games or sharing meals here with your family and friends. Centrally located less than 1 mile from FUS, Kroger, and local restaurants, and only 13 miles (17 min) from Star Lake Pavilion. The vaulted ceilings and original chimney make the home spacious and cozy. We love living in Steubenville and we hope that staying here enhances your visit to our hometown, too!

Highland Hideaway

Enjoy a tranquil stay on our working farm. You can sit on the front porch and watch the Scottish Highland cows and mini donkeys. A peaceful setting not far from Pittsburgh, several wedding venues and Star Lake Pavilion. Just note, we are a working farm so at times there will be machinery noise, tours happening, farm smells and animals noise that comes with it. If you stay with us during tour days; you are more than welcome to join in for free!

The Guest House at Wild Sycamore Farm is just 15 minutes from Steubenville, Ohio (about 20 from Franciscan University) and just an hour from Pittsburgh. This is a working homestead! The guest house offers privacy and seclusion while still giving you views of our land, animals on pasture, woodlands, and gardens.
