La Bodega (the cellar) de Casa del río is an independent one-bedroom apartment with private bathroom, kitchen and living room, built on a ground floor. The kitchen is equipped to cook your own simple meals (but not oven/microwave). The apartment is basic and minimalist, but it’s also very comfortable and has everything you need for a enjoyable and simple stay. The apartment has views to the valley, a private terrace with amazing views and an independent entrance. You can also use the common areas and the big garden. Please be aware that the apartments do not have washing machine, TV or microwave/oven. If you can’t live without those, this may not be the perfect place for your stay. Phone signal and wifi work perfectly and are quite reliable. Casa del río is the perfect way to scape the noise and experience first-hand living a simple and sustainable life in an Asturias village off the beaten track. The property is ideal for people who want to be away from the noise and crowds, as it is quite isolated and the village of Xio has no services at all. Closest services are a bar/restaurant/swimming pool 10min by car, and shops, supermarket, restaurants, pharmacy, petrol station, etc…20min by car.

Casa Temperan, en la playa frente al mar

Casa de piedra con mucho encanto por su estructura y ubicación. Está a escasos 10mt de la playa, junto a una antigua fábrica de salazón y la Finca Temperan. Tiene 4 dormitorios todos con su baño privado, 3 dormitorios dobles en 1er piso y uno doble en planta baja. Todos los dormitorios tienen vistas al mar, el de planta baja por su situación tiene visibilidad reducida de la playa. Terraza exterior privada con vistas al mar, salón amplio con vistas al mar y cocina moderna, grande y con office.
