Holiday rentals with a patio in Minnesota River

What an amazing space and location! I loved the view of the park across the street and enjoyed walking through the park to visit the art museum. The space is huge with tall ceilings and has every comfort you could need. I appreciated the parking and clear instructions for check in. Thank you for a great stay, I would recommend this place to all!

We had a great stay at Brandi and Kevin’s rental. The home was very clean and we could definitely relax during our stay. Amenities were very nice and the owners were quick to respond to our communications. We noticed some traffic going past the home but we were not bothered by any traffic noise. The home is located in a very peaceful and wooded area. We will definitely be back. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

A Fantastic Stay at Sable 204! This place is a great find! Self check-in was super easy, and communication with the host was fast and smooth throughout our stay. The covered parking spot is a huge plus—just steps from the unit, which made coming and going incredibly convenient. The unit itself was very comfortable, with a well-stocked kitchen that made cooking a breeze. Located in the heart of the North Loop, we were close to everything—restaurants, shops, and entertainment. Highly recommend staying here if you're visiting Minneapolis!

The remodel is a little rough around the edges and it’s a third floor walkup, but the living space is attractive and open, the place is clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. We had brought a canoe, and it was added value to be able to store it in the garage. The location so close to the lakes can’t be beat for the price.

Nice place to stay while in the cities nice view, was very convenient for my stay. Nice neighborhood close to gas station and other stores fair price for what is provided and good communication from host, I would recommend this Airbnb.

The place was exactly as described. It was clean and very comfortable. We found there to be more ammenities then listed whiched helped the stay be even more comfortable. (Ex. Coffe pot and tea kettle). I did reach out to Sephanie with a couple questions more for my information and she always responded promptly. The location was perfect for our activities on the College Campus. I would definately book here again.

This was my second time staying here and hopefully not the last. Very friendly and lovely place. If you are going to be in the area, this is the place to stay. Margaret and her husband were great!

I would definitely stay at Jonathon and Michelle's house again. The place was perfect. Lots of cool 90's decor and absolutely spotless. We enjoyed watching a movie from the 90's in which we had not see since then. Their garden was beautiful and peaceful. If we could do it over again we would have spent some time outside in the garden. Time did not allow it this trip. Thank you Jonathon and Michelle.

The stay was wonderful and the included move theatre was very cool!

The neighborhood was quiet and the house was clean. We needed to engage the host to adjust the thermostat a few times and they responded quickly. Overall a very comfortable stay and would book again.

This home was immaculate and ideal for a trip with my husband, 3 kids and mother in law. The big dining table was perfect for big family meals and for game night using the home’s stocked game cabinet! The kids loved the waffle bar that the host provided and the grownups loved the local coffee beans Jesse left for us. A great place to stay with the family!

This place is beautiful, a lot of attention to detail with the decor and furniture. The beds were the most comfortable beds I’ve experienced in an Airbnb and the couches and chairs were very comfortable as well. Location is amazing, not too far from downtown and is in a nice, quiet neighborhood!

A group of friends and I went to a concert at the Armory. Within a 10 minute drive to the venue, easily could have Ubered. Everything we needed to cook full meals was provided and we definitely utilized the grill and the hot tub! Very clean space. Enough room for the 7 adults to sleep comfortably! Would stay again!

We enjoyed our stay at Shane’s place. The home is lovely and quirky. It had everything we needed and was flexible for a family group (all adults) in Minneapolis for a wedding. We enjoyed the back yard one morning. Indoors was surprisingly quiet

My stay at Serenity Oasis was excellent throughout. The place was exactly what I needed for the few days I stayed in Uptown. The space was clean, bright, and very functional, particularly the kitchen but everything else as well. Communication with the host was quick and easy. I would gladly stay here the next time I need a place in the area.

My girlfriend and I had a very nice stay at this Airbnb in downtown Minneapolis. The apartment was spotless and had everything that we needed for our week long stay. It was very quiet at night time and was in a convenient location to walk around the lakes and restaurants. The hosts were very responsive and communicative the whole time.

This place was exactly what we needed. Super responsive hosts (within 10 min every time!). We felt right at home. Fast WiFi for work, beautiful and great location for restaurants, bike paths and even some clubs near by. We were very happy with our stay. Can’t wait to stay again.

My husband and parents and I were in town for the weekend to visit our daughter. The area was perfect and centrally located for us. The condo was clean and well kept. Jason was very responsive to questions I had regarding parking. I just wish the weather would have nicer to use the outdoor deck! I would say the only downfall (and no fault of the owner) is that it was a bit noisy at night with people outside. However, when going to a city that is expected.

I felt right at home! Loved the beautiful building and the rooftop! Lot of fur babies to cuddle with too! The community is walkable and I really rejoiced walking to the lake and bike riding in the area. Lots of great places to eat. The host was super responsive and flexible. Will definitely stay here again when I’m in town. Highly recommended.

I had an absolutely great time at Raul’s place! The place was very comfortable and had everything I needed to make my stay wonderful! He gave me places to have breakfast and was very accommodating and easy to reach since his store is underneath the Airbnb. If I moved to Minneapolis I would rent this place permanently! Thank you Raul for a great visit!

A beautifully appointed space with much thought put into the design. Despite being a basement suite it was quiet with no noise from above. Great neighbourhood with a lovely breakfast spot just around the corner. Highly recommended.
