Il est entièrement rénové et comprend une chambre avec une tv 127, une cuisine équipée avec tous les accessoires nécessaires (cafetière micro-onde grill) un salon avec tv et canapé convertible deux couchages. Le logement n'est pas accessible pour les personnes à mobilité réduite.
