The house is located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in the heart of the old village of Vogüé, ranked among the Most Beautiful Villages of France and Villages de Caratère, in Southern Ardèche. River, beach, restaurants and bars are 50 meters away. Less than a kilometer away you can benefit from many local shops (grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, butcher, nougaterie, fruits and vegetables, hairdresser, tobacco-press etc.).

Located in an old traditional Ardèche farmhouse, it is a spacious and warm 3-star gîte. A 10-minute walk from a very beautiful river, it is the perfect starting point for many walks, bike rides, or donkey rides (rental on site). Ideally located in southern Ardèche between the Gorges de l'Ardèche, the Eyrieux Valley and the hills of Drôme Provençale.
