La struttura dista 50km da Milano e si colloca ad una distanza di 30km tra Pavia/Piacenza/Lodi. Location in posizione totalmente immersa nella natura dei campi della Pianura Padana; tranquillità, relax e privacy. La struttura offre l’uso della piscina nel periodo estivo (dal 20 Maggio 2026 al 23 Settembre 2026) biciclette, e uso del barbecue e forno pizza in muratura.

In the 95 square meters available there are: a kitchen and a living room with fireplace on the ground floor and 2 bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor. Also outside there are a laundry room, a patio and a garden of about 200 square meters. The kitchen is fully equipped and also has a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave All 4-legged friends are also welcome.

We are a bed and breakfast 4 km from the historic center of Pavia. Our desire is that guests can freely experience the house, and not just the rooms, to enjoy the atmosphere, colors, peace and silence. Our bed and breakfast consists of two double bedrooms, accessed from a charming hallway, and a two-room apartment with independent access from the garden. The house is available, with a porch and garden, but not the use of the main kitchen

124 acres of fields and woods surround this restored barn built in 1730, part of a tiny private village dating back to the 13th Century. Wonderful view of the hills and countryside, wide country garden. Swimming pool. The place has been published on many lifestyle magazines. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
