Our stay was amazing at kiwistays. The place was beautiful, clean and has pretty views from the window. It’s very close to the beach and has all the amenities. Looking forward to staying with you guys again!

I had a wonderful stay at this property! The house was well-maintained and thoughtfully equipped — it features a spacious hall with a TV that supports all major OTT platforms, a cozy bedroom, and a clean bathroom. The kitchen has all the necessary utensils and appliances for cooking, and the added convenience of a washing machine was a big plus. The host, Nitin, is incredibly friendly and responsive, always ready to help when needed. Overall, it’s a perfect place that truly feels like home. Highly recommended!

We had an amazing stay. Sukoon was just neat and clean. Very cool interiors. Sukoon is full of all the necessities including iron , washing machine, hair dryer, oven etc. You will feel right at home. Place is near to candolim beach. I just loved the place. Hearty thanks for hosting us. will visit again.♥️

We had the most amazing stay here! From check-in to check-out, everything was super convenient and smooth. The jacuzzi was an absolute highlight – we spent hours just relaxing and soaking it all in. The rooftop pool and seating area were also incredible, with a view that made the sunset feel extra special. The place is only about a 10-minute drive to the beach, which was perfect for quick trips back and forth. The kitchen had everything we needed to whip up some treats, and the interiors were cozy, stylish, and made us feel right at home. Both the host and the caretaker were so kind and accommodating – we really appreciated their hospitality. Overall, a solid 10/10 experience. Would definitely love to come back :))

we booked the place for a short stay and we loved the place. Harmeeta is a super host and was extremely courteous and responsive to all our requests. the place is lovely one of the balcony has a pool view. the pool is wonderful and we enjoyed the same. caretaker chinmay was always available to sort out all small requests. The place is beautifully decorated. we look forward to visiting again.

It felt warm, welcoming, and elegant all at once. One of the best parts was the building’s swimming pool – clean, serene, and perfect for relaxing after a day out. My daughter absolutely loved it, and we all enjoyed spending time there. The entire place gave us a peaceful, homely vibe with all the comforts of a premium hotel. The host was also very friendly and responsive, ensuring a smooth experience throughout our stay. We had everything we needed and more. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. It had all the essentials and felt very homely. I recently stayed at Joseph Canisius’ Airbnb in Miramar, Goa, for 10 nights with my mom and loved it so much that we extended for an extra night. The home is exactly as shown in the photos—warm, cozy, and thoughtfully maintained. The spacious living room, a well-equipped kitchen, and a sunny balcony made our stay incredibly comfortable. The location is perfect, just a 2-minute walk to Miramar Beach and close to Caranzalem, Dona Paula, and Panjim's main market. The peaceful neighborhood added to the charm, and Blinkit made grocery shopping super convenient. A big shoutout to Marilyn, who went above and beyond to cater to all our needs and was always just a message away. Her hospitality made the stay even more memorable. Everything about this place felt like home, and I can’t wait to return next year. Highly recommend it for anyone visiting Goa!

Great Place, right at the heart of panjim. If the work is in panjim or nearby places it's great place. parking is tough though. rooms are very spacious and all rooms and Hall has quite powerful air conditioners.

Everything is perfect, properly working, lights are dim so if you want to shoot or record at night so it will be little difficult rest beautiful property with great view same as pictures Great for family & friends

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Had an amazing experience at Leen Stays. The apartment was cozy and the location was also nice. The cherry on top is the Jacuzzi in the apartment and the infinity pool on the top of the building. Also, Siddharth is very helpful and always responsive. Highly Recommend.

Had a pleasant stay with my family when i came down to GOA for a wedding. House was clean and well maintained. Had a smart tv that functions well. The beds in both the rooms was so comfortable. Overall i do recommend staying at this airbnb. The host was really attentive as well.
