Overall the experience was great. It was two of us girls travelling but we felt very comfortable and safe. The staff gave us space throughout and only checked in if anything was required. Very respectful and friendly people. Would recommend to others as well.

Stayed here recently and honestly, it was one of the chillest spots I’ve been to. The place has a proper cozy vibe. The interiors are clean and minimal, with nice marble flooring and a spiral staircase that gives it a cool look. Dining space is small but comfy enough for a group. The rooftop is where it really hits different. We did a BBQ session there — grilled some fish over charcoal, proper smoky, proper desi style. The setup isn’t fancy but it works perfectly if you're with the right people. That raw rooftop feel with a bit of smoke, rain in the background — can't beat that. Also, the view from the top is just green hills all around. Woke up, had chai sitting on those white chairs outside — peaceful AF. Rains had just hit, so everything smelled fresh and the wooden deck looked slick. Only small thing — bring your own stuff for grilling and maybe some mosquito spray at night. But other than that, no complaints. Would 100% come back again. Perfect for a weekend escape or just to

overall it's a good experience however their are few suggestions 1) exhaust required in washroom which is missing 2) wipe sponge in kitchen to maintain the hygiene

We really loved our stay at Harmeeta’s apartment. Everything was well taken care of right from check in till check out. When Harmeeta said she is just a call or text away she really meant it, which was so impressive. We had face some wifi issues and contacted the host re the same. The ticket was raised immediately with the service provider and was fixed within minutes. The apartment is extremely beautiful and so clean. Indeed we felt like home away from home over here. The host is approachable and so kind. The caretakers deserves a separate appreciation for taking care of us and being so friendly and always welcoming and considering our needs. Special thanks to Chinmay and the other staff. Highly highly recommend considering this place to stay in for your next Goa trip. Worth every penny!! Cant thank you enough Harmeeta. All the best. We stayed at SunMaya for 4 days and it genuinely felt like a home away from home — safe, cozy, and incredibly comfortable. We visited during the monsoons, and the balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy the weather. The living room and bedroom are both spacious and easily accommodate 3 people. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, with modern fixtures that added to the overall comfort The kitchen is well-equipped, which we appreciated, but the only drawback was the presence of Ants, which did affect the experience a bit. It’s something that could be looked into to make the stay even better 🤗 Meenu was a fantastic host — super responsive, kind, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and hope to return soon ❤️ Thank you for a lovely stay!

I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Panjim. The location is perfect , central, safe, and very well-connected to all major spots. The apartment was exactly as described: clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully set up. It had all the essentials and felt very homely. The host was excellent proactive, friendly, and always available for any questions. Check-in was smooth, and communication was seamless throughout the stay. I really appreciated the attention to detail and the overall vibe of the place. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Panjim!

The stay at Gulmohar was awesome. The room was very nice, bedsheets and towels were absolutely clean and the caretaker was very helpful. The sea view from the balcony is worth it. Would love to come back and stay here. This place is recommended for a peaceful, comfortable and memorable stay.

Me and my friends stayed here for 3 days, the check in was easy and the care taker Mr Panna is extremely general and kind helped us with everything from the start till the end. The cleanliness of this place is pristine. The property is peaceful and secluded which is what we needed. Even the cleaning staff is very friendly and responsive. Just two things to review : the jacuzzi didn’t work when we were there so if that’s something you need check in with the host beforehand and the pool can use some floating tubes. Everything else was perfect and more! Thankyou for having us

Excellent stay. The place is exactly as described and the photos are accurate. The team is highly professional and easy to communicate with. Check in was smooth and home is stocked with most essentials. You'll feel like staying at home and my pet too loved it. The view from the property is also great. You'll definitely need a vehicle to get around as the place is quite remotely located. Will definitely visit again.
