Front door has a key pad for easy self entry. Private bathroom just outside your room door. Designated parking spot in driveway.

Complete with sink, water boiler, french press coffee, queen loft bed, electric off-grid toilet, and private outdoor shower. The shower was custom designed with solid free standing stone- you’ll feel like you stepped into a water fall! I just recently added a dedicated 5g network high speed wifi. I have other Airbnb rooms inside my home so backyard and hot tub are shared with myself and other guests.

The place is located in a very safe and quiet neighborhood. This is a plus for us that we can sleep soundly without street noises, and even leave our windows opened for some nice breezy at night too. There are 4 rooms in the house. All guests are friendly to communicate, polite to share the common areas, following the house rules and respecting each other's privacy. The area has plenty of good restaurants to eat and grocery stores to shop. Short driving distance to all San Diego famous attraction. It's a good place to stay for your vacation or business trips. Alan is a very good host, easy to communicate and accommodate with your reasonable requests. If you are looking for a room to stay for vacation or business trip, this is the place I will recommend to you.

Huge thanks to Richard and Amber for providing family (and pet) friendly accommodations to me on short notice. R & A were very welcoming of and warm towards my young cat, and provided me with great recommendations about how to make the most of nearby resources. No hassles or issues when I unexpectedly needed to extend my stay, or work from home. Master bathroom has upscale finishes, feels like it's from the future (: Highly recommended hosts and home. Cute and cool/calm dog, too!

This place was a great stay! The location is great in terms of being in the center of San Diego which which is great if you’re trying to see multiple spots. It was also really nice to come back to a quiet and cozy place after a long day out. Matt was a super nice and great host. He gave clear instruction on the room which made everything easier. If I were to come back to San Diego I would totally stay here again!
