The place was cute and comfy. I would definitely return back. The neighborhood was quiet and the space was as private. Abdiel was super quick to respond and friendly.

The place was great! We loved everything about it. The flair, the location, the convenience, the space, the restaurants near by ….all of it. We just got home and my daughter said, she would like to go back…not necessarily Puerto Rico (of course that too) but she specifically said the Airbnb :)

Hey! Had a great time here. It was nice and the place had everything you needed on site. It was a little far for my taste but beyond that it was great experience.

My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

Incredibly kind and helpful host! She really went out of her way to help us out with an issue with important packages we had sent to the place, allowed us to check-out late & early as needed, and even had some waters & yogurts in the fridge for us when we arrived. The house is well equipped with everything you need for your stay. Plenty of towels, goggles for the beach, a beach bag, and she even came to lend us an umbrella when we got some heavy rainfall. The place is walking distance to the beach & Calle Loiza with lots of great restaurants & cafes nearby; we felt safe but be careful walking alone late at night. We enjoyed our stay very much. Everything about Evelyns listing was great, she was very responsive and friendly. She gave lost of recommendations for the area and things to do, and anything we needed she was quick to help, and everything was clean and felt homey and the neiborhood was quiet and peaceful. Will definitely stay here again on my next trip!!

This is a beautiful cozy apartment. Apartment is as seen on pictures. Place was very clean very comfortable. Had all that is needed in the kitchen. Comfortable bedroom, excellent air conditioning systems in both living room and bedroom. Hot water available at all times in bathroom and kitchen. Netflix and Roku TV available in both the bedroom and the living room there is no balcony however, there are two big sliding doors that you can slide open to enjoy the breeze and if you look towards the right, it has a beautiful view of the Isla verde beach. Excellent location, five minutes from the airport. I look forward to possibly booking again in the future.

We had an absolutely wonderful experience staying at Diana’s! From the moment I booked, the host was incredibly accommodating—quick to respond, helpful with local tips, and genuinely kind. The location couldn’t have been better. Close to lots of restaurants and coffee shops. The space itself was clean, cozy, and well-maintained. Diana has beach chairs and towels readily available so no need to buy those. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. I’ll definitely be returning the next time I’m in town!

We had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s Airbnb! From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. The apartment was very clean, nicely decorated, and as described in the listing. It had a warm, welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a true home away from home. The bed was comfortable, and I slept well. The kitchen had all the essentials. Wow, Wow. Wow!! This place was absolutely perfect. Every detail and all the little extras made us feel right at home. If it wasn’t in the home you didn’t need it. She had everything you could think of from snacks, water, ample towels, clear instructions, and a beautiful space. I would recommend this place to anyone interested in a clean, safe, beautiful vacation spot!!

I had a great stay at this place. Terrence was very welcoming and responsive to any questions. Accommodation is comfortable and convenient. The pool is great and very nice. The place is a little out of the way but the neighborhood is very quiet and safe, taking uber to get around is simple and remains accessible. Thank you again for your hospitality. From booking, Isabel was incredibly communicative and helpful. The apartment was absolutely gorgeous and the location was so convenient to the beach, walkable to restaurants, and centrally located to be able to explore. The view from the rooftop pool was spectacular, and the outdoor space was so relaxing. If (when) we come back, we will stay here again. I loved every minute.

My friends and I stayed here for my 22nd birthday and we absolutely looved it! The place was clean and had everything we needed. Ana was super helpful and attentive. The area is the best area in PR to stay in. Everything was walking distance and the Ubers didn’t cost us more than $10 everywhere we went. Would definitely stay again!

Great spot to stay in! We only stayed for one night but it was super easy to get to Old San Juan and also to get to the airport. Hosts were very responsive and helpful and apartment was clean and as described.

Very lovely suite. It feels very authentic. Close to old San Juan, a 24/7 supermarket right across the street. I can only recommend booking with Judith, who has been a wonderful host.

This AirBnB was perfect. First, the location is amazing! It's steps from the beach in a gated community (we felt very safe) and the beach is just wonderful. Lots to do within the neighborhood and it's all very walkable. The studio is very comfortable for two people and includes linens, beach towels, an umbrella, beach chairs, and full kitchen - all the necessities for your stay! Very easy and straightforward check-in/check-out. Naomi was also a wonderful host! She let us know that the place was cleaned and ready early so we could check in ahead of our scheduled time! She was also very responsive and was checking in on us throughout our stay to make sure that we had everything we needed. We 100% recommend this AirBnb! Also, if you love cats there are a few kitties that hang around the house and neighborhood :)

This place is amazing. Exactly like the pics.. Right across from the beach and a bunch of restaurants. Great amenities and very easy access. Aracelis was a great host. Very responsive and communicated well. I would definitely book with her again!!!!

The location was very central and close to plenty of places for exploring. The places itself was well organized and clean as well as cozy. I would recommend staying here.

Jen’s place was in a great location. The floor’s wee beautiful and she had extra linens and pillows which we loved. The linens were fresh and clean. She provided beach chairs. The balcony was a vibe. Not much of a view but fresh air is always key. There was an upscale restaurant located downstairs and plenty of stores/ eateries to enjoy nearby. We enjoyed our stay.

It was a nice clean place with a good view.
