Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Miramar, Santurce

The place is exactly as it is in the photo. It has a great view. It's in the best area. Everything you need is around pharmacy , restaurant , bar, beach 3min away . I felt super safe and it’s super clean.

Rolando and team were super helpful and responsive, we went to a bunch of the restaurants recommended and they were all hits! Super helpful when there are so many potential coffee shops and restaurants to try. The space came with everything we needed, including ear plugs which was a nice touch!

Frances has a one of a kind, pristinely clean, comfortable and pleasant apartment. This is our second time staying and we are happy with the choice. The building itself is an excellent location for beach going and night life, and is not far from major locations of interest in the San Juan area. The apartment itself is immensely comfortable, the best feeling after a long day exploring Puerto Rico is coming back to this place. Important Note: the area surrounding the building is going through a great deal of construction - so you often hear trucks, jackhammers, saws, etc. during the early morning hours. For our stay, which included stops in Viejo San Juan, Humacao, Guavate and Manati Frances place was our relaxing, comfortable home away from home and would highly recommend.

the condo is beautiful and very clean, great quality furniture and the a\c work great, even tho the climate out side is very hot the condo stayed cool, bathroom is spacious and the bath tube is bigger then a average one so you have a lot of room to move around, leaving room has very nice comfortable couches that will make u want to take a nap, TV is the perfect size and the Internet speed is great no lagging at all, kitchen has everything you need to make pots, pan, plates, utensils, cooking utensils, dishwashing soap and sponge, I felt really safe in the condo and would recommend

We loved our stay here! The apartment made us feel like we got to really experience old San Juan. Lots of places to eat around and everything is literally walking distance. Super convenient and the apartment was very clean, great bed and very self explanatory. They had items for beach, as well as things needed for a shower which was a nice bonus. Considering how hot it is in old San Juan, their Air conditioning is NO joke, we didn’t even need to turn it on most of the time, made the rooms chilly very quickly, so for those that get hot easy, you won’t have issues with heat in this apartment. Great spot for exploring in the day time and for a night out bar hopping.

Flexible on allowing an early check-in. Everything was exactly like pictures. Great location allowing us to walk to several locations as well as easy access to Uber. Great view from the balcony. Really enjoyed our stay, would definitely recommend and reserve again. Thank you! Michelle and I loved it and felt very safe. We had an awesome stay!!

We were very excited for our weekend trip and Erin’s house was exactly as shown. We were very close to great bars and restaurants, historic sites to see and so much more. The house was easy to find at night, we rarely had to look at any street signs, when walking home… head towards the governors mansion and turn right. It was a great place to unwind after a long day. I recommend anyone traveling to PR to stay at Villa Estrella. The home is beautiful and exactly as pictured felt like home . The place was very clean and provided amenities including the pool . It exceeded the expectations of my family and I. Home is convenient because it is at a close distance to everything and in a great location .From the beginning hosts were also very responsive . Thank you again Khalil for being attentive at all times with any questions we had.The best part is that in addition they offer a car rental option . We rented the car for our trip and pricing is extremely reasonable. I highly recommend to anyone booking Villa Estrella to go with the car rental option if looking for a car rental . Just a perfect Airbnb, super safe, bigger than how it looks in the picture, and it was just perfect!

My friends and I were visiting for a concert and Alex & Diana's house was perfect! location was nearby to major nightlife places and everything was a short Uber ride. We found amazing places walking distance from the home. Definitely recommend staying in their lovely home.

Christie's Beautiful home was perfect for our family of 6. We have adult kids and everyone enjoyed their private spaces and didn't feel overcrowded. Plenty of dishes. Grocery store right down the street. Christie was quick to respond to any questions i had. The only downfall for some may be the security gates. you have to check in each time. I was OK with it because my family's safety is #1. Overall I would definitely recommend this home to others !!

Just had the most amazing stay at Fernando’s Airbnb in San Juan, Puerto Rico! I felt so safe and welcomed from the moment I arrived. The place was spotless, beautifully kept, and such a great value for the price. Plus, they had one of the best Thai restaurants I’ve ever been to right across the street—delicious pad Thai just steps away! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience—highly recommend this gem!

My girlfriend and I came and stayed in the rojo room. It was amazing. Located smack in the middle of old San Juan. Everything you’ll ever need and more is within a 10 min walk. Also located across the street from Juan ponce de Leon burial which was really cool. We will definitely be back and I will be booking with colores luxury rentals again. Amazing vacation

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and responsive, making check-in and communication seamless. The location was perfect, with easy access to great restaurants and attractions. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it.

Absolutely loved this place! The beach is right outside the door. The restaurants are within walking distance or just a few minutes drive. The view from the balcony was beautiful. When I come back to PR, i will be staying here again :)

Maitee’s place was absolutely amazing! Cannot get a more perfect location than this. Super close to everything we needed to get to throughout our stay. So many places near the Airbnb that were walkable and if we needed a car the locations were under 15 minutes. Overall the place was completely spotless. Power did go out once in the hallways which we took the stairs but that’s not under anyone’s control and it was back fairly quickly. However, no complaints! 10/10. I’d not only recommend but definitely would return back to this place!

I always stay in this building whenever I visit PR. This was my first time staying in this apartment and it was wonderful. The view is amazing and I was so lucky to wake up to it everyday. Central location and appreciated the 24/7 security.

This airbnb was perfect! Gerardo was very quick at responding and suggested multiple restaurants in the area to try out, as well as some activities. The view from the balcony is unreal. It was very spacious and could easily accommodate 4-6 people if needed. We had a blast! Thank you, Gerardo.
