Zuerst das Positive: Die Gastgeber sind außergewöhnlich freundlich, hilfsbereit & jederzeit erreichbar (sogar nachts). Auf Wunsch wurden auch die Kameras deaktiviert. Die Lage ist ruhig & privat. Für Motorsportfans ist die Nähe zur Rennstrecke ein Highlight – meist nur am Wochenende hörbar. Der Garten bietet eine kleine Rutsche, Schaukel und Grill. Besonders angenehm: Klimaanlagen in allen Zimmern. Ein paar Hinweise für realistische Erwartungen: Der Pool ist kleiner als erwartet, aber erfrischend. Der Strand Playa L’Almadrava ist nicht fußläufig direkt um die Ecke aber mit Auto schnell erreichbar (Info: von dort sieht man ein AKW – hat uns aber nicht gestört). Das Haus war grundsätzlich sauber, aber in den Bädern gab es teils Schimmelstellen. Ein Auto ist notwendig, da es in der Nähe nur eine kleine Bar und einen Supermarkt mit stark eingeschränkten Öffnungszeiten gibt. Schade: Bettwäsche und Handtücher kosten extra. Fazit: Wir hatten insgesamt eine sehr schöne Zeit. Vielen Dank!

Beautiful home and surrounding area. We all enjoyed our week in this house very much.

Dave and Monica are superb hosts, with a beautiful and immaculate villa that has all you could possibly need. Monica’s communications were excellent and she was extremely helpful in providing any information we needed and even went to the supermarket for us as we were arriving late. We had a late arrival due to passport control and hire car collection, however, we all kept in contact and they were there late to show us around the villa. We had an excellent time so thank you both.

Une maison décorée avec goût et très bien équipée. Un havre de paix avec un extérieur tout aussi agréable avec piscine et jardin. Une hôtesse flexible et réactive aux messages. Nous recommandons ce lieu.

Una experiencia maravillosa! La casa es hermosa, acogedora y está ubicada en un lugar encantador. Todo estaba muy limpio, bien cuidado y se notaba el cariño en cada detalle. Nos sentimos como en casa desde el primer momento. Sin duda volvería a ir mil veces más. Gracias por todo!

Un excellent séjour, dans une région magnifique. La maison est super, avec un grand jardin et une terrasse extérieure très agréables. Une salle de bain par chambre, ce qui est très pratique quand on est nombreux. les animaux alentours sont mignons et la piscine a l'air très bien (pas testée car pas assez chaude à cette période). On recommande !

La casa es igual o mejor que en las fotos. Nos encantó estar ahí unos días de desconexión. Todo impecable y la casa súper cómoda. Repetiremos !!

Wat een leuk huis hebben Eric en Anja in Calafat! Vooral de tuin is erg mooi en compleet; 100% privacy, perfect zwembad, prima ligstoelen, ruim, mooie beplanting en met altijd wel een lekkere plek om te verblijven. Binnen heeft het huis ook een goede indeling en goed werkende airco. Op het terrein voldoende parkeer-ruimte voor meerdere auto's. Wasruimte, vaatwasser, bbq; alles werkt prima. En ook heel schoon bij aankomst! Calafat is een leuke gemeenschap met een gezellig pleintje met kleine supermarkt, leuk terras om koffie te doen, waar je o.a. kunt padellen, een paar kleine strandjes en een race-circuit. Allemaal op redelijke loopafstand. Verblijf je langer, dan is Calafat een mooi vertrekpunt voor grotere stranden en plaatsen als Cambrils en Peniscola, maar is een eigen auto dus wel aan te raden. Tot slot; Anja voorzag ons van allemaal tips om in de omgeving te doen of te eten, Eric was aktijd direct bereikbaar als we vragen hadden over het huis. Ook dat was dus prima!!

Anna prepared everything very family-friendly 👍🏼 there was a kids bed, chair and even a bathtub for babys 👶 she commuincated proactive and very friendly! We will njoyed it very much!

Hemos pasado un fin de semana con un grupo grande de personas (12) en esta casa y nos ha encantado a todos. Especialmente para grupos de mucha gente es una opción ideal, ya que tiene muchas habitaciones (todas muy amplias) y suficientes baños, una gran cocina y diferentes espacios donde ubicarse para comer, pasar el rato etc. La sala con barbacoa interior es muy disfrutable, así como la buhardilla y terraza de la primera planta. La casa está perfectamente equipada y tiene todo lo necesario. Está en una zona muy tranquila, con buenas vistas y opciones de realizar paseos agradables. Destacaría también la limpieza, que es impecable. Es una casa acogedora y completísima en todos los aspectos. La comunicación con la anfitriona, perfecta, siempre dispuesta a ayudar en todo lo necesario. Gracias Mireia por todo!

Jordi est sympathique et accueillant. Le logement est sur 2 niveaux, plus un niveau pour la terrasse qui est le plus,très appréciable cet un endroit extérieur où un petit vent rafraichissant est très agréable..logement très propre où il y a tout ce qu il faut. On aurait juste préféré un lit au sol plutôt que sur le monticule où il est placé, s il faut se lever la nuit, il faut être vigilant pour éviter une chute..mais il est confortable. La douche est top,le village tranquille et la boulangerie d Arnes fait un pain cuit au bois qui est un régal ..

Lekker rustige omgeving met mooi uitzicht. Echt een plek om tot rust te komen. Kids hebben goed gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. Meer heeft een mens eigenlijk niet nodig.

Très bel endroit au calme, à 900 mètres de la route. On vient ici pour apprécier le calme et les collines. Pablo s'occupe très bien de nous. Merci.

L'estada a Villa Las Palmeras va anar molt bé! Vam estar-hi en família i vam gaudir molt tant de l'entorn com de la piscina i jardí. La taula exterior és perfecta per fer els àpats a l'aire lliure. L'Alejandro va ser molt bon amfitrió, atent en tot moment. Moltes gràcies i fins la propera!

So hilfreiche und zuvorkommende Vermieter hatte wir selten. Als wir ankamen machte unser Auto Probleme, Alfredo half uns, sodaß wir das Auto während des gesamten Urlaubs nutzen konnten. Unseren Anhänger mit den Motorrädern konnten wir auch vor der Tür abstellen. Meine Männer haben die guten Straßenverhältnisse geliebt. Die Betten sind super, die besten die wir bis jetzt in einem Urlaub hatten. Alles was man in der Küche braucht, Kaffee, Tee, Gewürze, Öl, etc. ist alles schon da. Das einzige was eine kleine Herausforderung am Wohnort ist, der nächste Supermarkt ist über den Berg (12km Kurven) ein Spar. Für Kleinigkeiten kann man aber im Ort super zum Obst- und Gemüseladen und 2 kleine Metzger. Es gibt einige Möglichkeiten abends etwas zu essen oder zu trinken, alle fußläufig erreichbar.

Casa muy acogedora en muy buena ubicación la zona es muy tranquila, perfecto para pasar las vacaciones con la familia o amigos, todo súper limpio la equipada con todo lo que puedas necesitar!, Y Oscar es un chico maravilloso, muy atento a todo lo que hemos necesitado, repetiremos 100%!!

A lovely home, clean, comfy bedding and lounge facilities, freshly decorated and located in a very picturesque spot with lots of restaurants and old town streets to explore. The terrace was a nice spot to enjoy the sun or a warm evening. The house is on 4 floors so I got my steps in! We didn’t use our hire car at all during our stay, this place is an ‘on foot’ experience! There is access to 2 large beaches within a few minutes walk with more bars and restaurants to try. The water was very calm and shallow for a long way out making it suitable for children. For some reason however there are very few shops for basic amenities and items like bottles of water need to be carried from the mainland shops up to the house.

Really cute house! We love it! A lot of thing to do for child! He played a lot and had fun! House is beautiful and there are all thing for living! Mil gracias to Silvia! We'll visit it in the future! Highly recommend!
