Worth every penny PERIODT. This place was immaculate it was the best Airbnb I think I have ever stayed at since I’ve started using the app for 10 years. Host was super cool and responsive we got a chance to meet Frank at the pool who was super friendly and gave us local recommendations. I look forward to the next stay. Thanks you for making my first time in Dubai an experience I’ll never forget.

The apartment is wonderful, it even looks better than the pictures. We spent a relaxing week there. Of course, its location is one of the best in Downtown Dubai.

My experience at Kiran's place was absolutely fantastic From the moment I checked in, everything was seamless and well-organized. Kiran's communication was prompt, clear, and incredibly helpful, making me feel welcomed even before arriving. The apartment was exactly as described—luxurious, modern, and impeccably clean. The breathtaking views of the Burj Khalifa from the private balcony were truly unforgettable. The space was thoughtfully designed, with all the amenities I could need, from the fully equipped kitchen to the comfortable beds. The location was unbeatable, offering direct access to Dubai Mall via an indoor walkway, which made shopping and dining incredibly convenient. The building amenities, like the infinity pool and gym, added an extra layer of luxury to the experience. Overall, Kiran's place exceeded my expectations and was worth every dirhams. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable and comfortable stay in Downtown Dubai

Place was perfect. Very clean, everything worked. They are not too flexible on check-in or check out time so if you have an early flight be sure to plan accordingly. Otherwise this ranks as one of the nicer AIRBNB’s I’ve stayed in.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment. Everything was spotlessly clean, and check-in was easy and exactly as described. We especially appreciated the great opportunity to use the rooftop pool and bar at the Paramount Hotel — the views and the location are simply amazing. As a Family of 4 who used to live in Dubai, this place was perfect, everything was as described and Roxanne and Aziz were unbelievably helpful and responsive from booking onwards and while we were staying there. We hired a car as we know our way around and the location was perfect, 15 mins away from almost everything. We really appreciated how easy it was to find the place and easy to get in and out. Zilola’s place is excellent — very spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well-equipped and easy to use, which made cooking convenient during our stay. Zilola is a very responsive host and was always quick to assist us when needed. She also kindly helped us supplement some necessary kitchenware and other essentials. Highly recommended.

This place was beautiful but I think it's new to Airbnb. The stove didn't work, the TV were not set up athey didn't have shower curtains or floor towels. One of the bathroom was not clean. Everywhere else was new and clean. It took 3 days to come rectify the issues and it was a 5 day stay. The code on the door was accessible to the door man. He used 1234567 and had access. They never changed it my whole stay and said Dubai is safe so I shouldn't worry. Well I worried. On the positive the building is beautiful, the apartment is beautifully furnished and great views. There is a restaurant on the 14th floor! Awesome food for a discount, their breakfast was really nice. There is a 24/7 grocery at the entrance... Super convenient. If they rectify the few problems... It's an awesome place.

I had to come to Dubai for a week but I could have easily stayed a month here. Things I loved: - Great Location - literally the best location in Marina (especially if you need to leave Marina via car) - Lots of towels and extra sheets - Amazing Gym with newer equipment that isn't busy - Tons of restaurants and grocery stores (literally I arrived at 11pm at night and there is a late night market directly beside the building) - Lots of elevators (this is important so you're not waiting forever for an elevator) - Friendly host, super responsive and flexible - Friendly staff, always smiling and nice Would stay again here 5/5 thanks again!

Very good person and place

It was a really nice place to stay at! Especially the terrace was amazing with a beautiful view. The beds are comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need from cleaning supplies to plates and so on. Port de la mer itself is a quiet place with lots of possibilities to go for a walk. I for sure can recommend Georg and this apartment!

Taimur was the best host in my life. Very friendly and helpful. Nicely located apartment next to the canal where you can walk in the evenings. Small restaurants and supermarkets are in short distance. Good gym. Highly recommended.

Ana from the team was incredibly helpful in coordinating my arrival details, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by Pinki, who guided us through the accommodation, provided additional information about the stay, and extended further assistance.. Overall, this first Airbnb experience exceeded my expectations, thanks to the attentiveness and hospitality of Shahid and his team. I highly recommend them to anyone considering an Airbnb stay!

This place is good. It's not really walkable to too much stuff and if you want to go on run's you'll be running on the side of the freeway as I noticed there's not a lot of sidewalks in Dubai. It's very clean and neat and minimal which is great. It's also about a 15-20 mins drive from anywhere you'd want to go in Dubai without traffic. There is a gym across the street but it's quiet pricey to join as a tourist (~$400/month or $50 per day). Aside from all this, the place is great for a single person or a couple visiting. No dishwasher.. but washing machine and dryer available which was super convenient. I did have some WiFi issues I will say but Mohammed took care of things in a *decent* amount of time - could have been a bit more on top of things as I was there for work and needed good strong WiFi connection. 4.5 stars!

a great place to stay, whether short or long term. I was a bit worried when booking knowing it was a capsule hostel, however the capsule was spacious. place was clean and other guests were respectful for those looking for needed sleep. hrwat value for a good space! Nas is also a great host, although i didn't communicate with him much, when I did he was helpful. Will definitely stay here again when I come back!
