Great location, close to everything. A very clean studio with a very nice balcony. Nothing to complain about the service.

Great place to stay for a short stay. The bed is made up of two mattresses with a space between the two, which is not necessarily the most comfortable. Otherwise, nothing to report.

Fantastic days in a beautiful accommodation. In the middle of the city and yet very quiet. The pool, the table tennis table and the garden ensure beautiful moments outside. You'll feel right at home in the property. We fully recommend the property.

We came with 4 people, 2 of them young children, and we were pleasantly surprised by the very nice layout of this apartment, which overlooks the port directly but in the quiet part. The beach is a 5-minute walk. A family beach that I recommend with children. The apartment has everything you need to have a good time. A superb Italian shower of beautiful volume and a patio with a shower for the feet full of sand (great idea) and a table for meals. Aline is very kind and super responsive and especially if she can, as far as possible, arrange your arrival and departure times. Highly recommend this apartment. Don't hesitate to go.

Upon arrival in the apartment, WOW effect! The view of the beach is beautiful!! The apartment is very bright, airy, well arranged, perfectly equipped, quiet. Very clean, spacious and well-equipped studio. Quiet and well located place to discover by car Sète, Montpellier, Saint Guilhem le Désert among others thanks to the private and secure parking space. 10 min walk from Balaruc les Bains city center. Close to shops. Amandine is a very responsive and welcoming host. We recommend it.

We had a great time at Julien's place. The neighborhood is quiet, close to the old town and the train station on foot. Good little restaurants nearby. The building is very quiet. The apartment is comfortable, well-equipped, well-decorated; good bedding. Contact with Julien is easy. We recommend it.

Very quiet studio, small table outside for eating, good bedding, very clean place. Matthieu and Amélie are very accommodating.

Wow, what an incredible peaceful location. The house was absolutely stunning. To see Peacocks go to bed each night roosting in the trees is a memory. Julie and Cedric are lovely hosts, thank you! We loved our two nights in Aigues-Vives. Marion and Guillaume were charming and so helpful. The accommodation was stylish, spotlessly clean and very peaceful and in a superb location for exploring the area. We would definitely return again.

Ultra modern accommodation, tastefully decorated with all the necessary amenities and more. Ideal for relaxing on a deckchair or with bubbles in the jacuzzi. Céline and Olivier are adorable, welcoming and attentive to their guests and their needs. We highly recommend.

We had a lovely stay at Isabelle's. The accommodation is well equipped for families and well located to go to the beach with the bikes provided.

Clean and perfectly located apartment, with a superb terrace offering views of both the beach and the garden. I recommend it, even if the price in my case was a bit expensive (with a big AirB&B commission). Only downside: bed linen and towels are not included, but it is very easy to rent on site.

Everything was perfect, the welcome and good humor of Myriam, the magnificent view from the large terrace, the nearby beach, the swimming pool, the walks either by the sea or in the center of Sète just 20 minutes' walk away and the shops of the corniche 5 minutes away.
