Had a wonderful stay at Sam's Condominium-neat and clean apartment with stunning views and the soothing sound of waves . The atmosphere was peaceful and relaxing, making it a perfect coastal escape.

Wowww. Where do I even begin?! We were stunned by how much more beautiful this place was in person. It exceeded all our expectations!! The location can’t be beat. Corner unit, two floors, multiple balconies & floor-to-ceiling windows/doors to catch the beach & gorgeous sunset views from any angle! The bedrooms with attached bathrooms, common areas & divine master suite are so spacious and luxurious! I have to give *high praise* for how well maintained this unit is by Dodampe, his lovely caretaker Upul, and the cleaning staff. The place was sparkling clean - kitchen, curtains, sofas & other furniture/fixtures seemed almost brand new! Incredibly high standards for cleanliness, presentation & keeping unit in excellent working order with no issues. Our family of seniors, young adults, and children had lots of privacy for ourselves as well as generous common areas to spend together. Many thanks to Upul for his warmth, responsiveness, all his help & advice. He even brought a welcome gift!

Die Unterkunft ist schön und direkt am Meer. Wenn man nicht in dem Restaurant im Gebäudekomplex essen möchte, benötigt man aber immer ein Taxi zum nächsten Restaurant. Auf Sonderwünsche wurde immer Rücksicht genommen und diese auch erfüllt. Weiterhin wurde uns beim organisieren des Transfers zum Flughafen sehr geholfen.

Кто-то говорит о том что шумная дорога , да , там дорога , но ребята , вы приехали сюда не дома сидеть , ноги в руки и исследовать , чтобы ночью вас уже ничего не разбудило ! Потрясающее место , локация и люди , благодарим вас !

The host is very responsive and respectful. If there was any issue, immediate fix was completed. The location is very close to the beach, but the place is quite noisy because of the railway road, barking dogs around. But this problem is actually for all places which are close to the beach, as the railway is just alongside. If you are noise sensitive, better to go deeper into the island. We were staying around a month working, the internet is more or less ok, but if you have calls, sometimes disruptions may occur. The kitchen amenities are minimal:cooker, fridge, kettle. But we didn’t cook much, so for us that was fine. Washing machine is available on request. There are 2 bathrooms for each room which is also convenient, however water heater was available in 1 of them. Generally water heater is not a super necessity, as usually the water is heated with sun and its temperature is fine. Overall we liked the place, the host respects your space and is always ready to assist.

Had a great stay at this beautifully furnished, duplex condominium. The apartment has ample space, is extremely comfortable and ideally suited for a large family or group. It is also equipped with all the amenities you would expect from any 5* hotel. The host, Minoli was also extremely helpful and very pleasant to deal with. All in all, one of the best condominium properties in the area!

Il *Luna Surf Lodge* è il posto ideale per un soggiorno: l'appartamento è fantastico, pulito e confortevole, e la loro ospitalità è davvero speciale. 😍 Se volete vivere un'esperienza unica, vi consiglio assolutamente di fare la lezione di surf con Sudeep, che è stato un insegnante incredibile! Inoltre, non perdete l'opportunità di gustare la cena tipica dello Sri Lanka preparata da loro, è una vera delizia! Ci siamo divertite tantissimo e abbiamo creato ricordi indimenticabili. Great place to stay! 10 minutes walk from beautiful koggala beach. Responsive staff.

Pavi, Bathi and their family and friends are the loveliest of people, always ready to help or offer advice when needed. Our apartment was situated on the 2nd floor and was lovely, bedroom and bathroom bare very large as is the kitchen diner, if there was anything you needed Pavi got it sorted asap, the grounds are immaculate and have a plethora of wildlife wandering the grounds, the use of the swimming pool was a great addition. Polhena itself is situated in a great spot for travelling out from and has a wonderful little beach(it does get busy at weekends). Shops are in walking distance as is the main town of Matara or a short fun tuk tuk ride. Colombo and other places are easily accessible via buses or train, both a fun way to travel. We will be back.

We had a good stay at Praneeth’s place. The accommodation was clean, new, and well-maintained. Praneeth was more than helpful throughout our stay, and his mother was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you for the great hospitality!

I had an amazing stay at Crystal Villa Weligama, a perfect retreat for relaxation and productivity. The villa features 3 beautifully designed bedrooms, making it ideal for families or groups. The cozy living room and dining area are perfect for unwinding and enjoying meals together. The fully-equipped kitchen has everything you need, and with fiber optic internet, it’s great for digital nomads. Located in a calm and quiet area, the villa offers a large garden for relaxation. Just 800 meters from the beach and town, it’s a short 5-10 minute walk to enjoy the sun and surf. The neighborhood is safe and secure, ideal for families. The host, Ruwan, is incredibly helpful, ensuring a comfortable stay. Crystal Villa Weligama is one of the best places to stay in the area, offering comfort, convenience, and tranquility. I highly recommend it for both work and leisure.

Villa Jungle Paradise is fantastic , so is Sudath and his wife. Very helpful with everything. Edith was very with the foot massages to recover her ankle after her fall. The place is situated in the jungle with a nice swimming pool, clean, quiet, birds whistle, high in the trees monkeys now and then. Only 800 meters walking to the beach. Nice breakfast with fresh fruit. And also near two of our favorite restaurants : Jungle restaurant and Wijaya beach restaurant.

After 3 times visiting this home stay the experience becomes better each time. Chani and Nimal gives you a genuine feeling of being cared for. Very flexible, charming and kind couple. There are possibilities for sightseeing with Nimal and Chani easily arrange cooking classes and her dishes are top class. We are for sure coming back!!

We were a family with two children and a medium-sized dog. There is a place to park the car under the roof, the street on which the house stands is wide and clear. This is essentially the second floor of the house with its own entrance and staircase. The second floor has a place to sit outside and enjoy the view. There is also a balcony and air conditioning in one of the two rooms. The second room has a floor fan and the living room has a ceiling fan. There is a ~43' TV in the living room with a comfortable sofa. The inside is spacious and cozy. The kitchen can be said to be on the balcony area, one burner, a small refrigerator and a good washing machine. The host kindly provided an extra table in one room, a drying rack for clothes. The host was always willing to help. We are happy with our 16 day stay in this nice place

Oh my gosh, I had an absolutely fantastic stay! The photos were spot on, and I don’t usually say this about places, but this one was just incredible! The property is right by the ocean, and you have private beach access. It’s one of the few places with a mini gym, which was a huge plus for us. The property also has parking facilities, so if you rent a bike or car, you won’t have to worry about where to park. The staff are super friendly and always ready to help. The galle fort is just a 15-minute bike ride away! There are plenty of places to eat nearby, and the Keels supermarket is only 10 minutes from here. Everything was super clean, and they do regular maintenance, which is great. The kitchen had everything we needed, since we stayed for a month, it was essential for us to have a fully equipped kitchen. The ACs were perfect, and the property has a balcony overlooking the beach. It was so relaxing to sit there and watch the sunset. Mahesh & Kasuni, both helped address all our request

The host is very friendly and helpful, can arrange a breakfast upon request as well as anything you need including kitchen utensils, additional internet traffic etc The transportation issue was easily resolved by providing us a contact of tuktuk driver who is always (as we noticed) available, there is also an option to rent a kayak - highly recommend The place itself is a great value for its money: it’s far from traffic noise, has a spectacular view, pool, hot water, air conditioning and a kitchen, which makes it a perfect combination for a long-term stay

Prisal und seine Frau Niwarthana sind sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und offenherzig. Da sie im selben Gebäude wohnen, sind sie leicht und immer erreichbar und um das Wohl ihrer Gäste sehr bemüht. Unter anderem halfen sie uns beim Mieten eines Rollers und beim Geldwechsel. Sie organisierten für uns einen sehr netten Grillabend, an dem wir uns besser kennenlernen konnten und Spaß hatten. Danke nochmals dafür! Das Appartment im Erdgeschoß war wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Außenbereich ist gepflegt und den großen Pool hatten wir für uns alleine. Eine Kleinigkeit, die man bei Regen vermissen könnte, ist eine überdachte Sitzmöglichkeit im Freien. Aber sonst war alles super und wir können Prisal auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

My friend and I stayed here in the first 10 days of our trip to Sri Lanka and the hosts were really helpful and accommodating. The beach and restaurants are just a 10 minute walk away and another 10 minutes along the beach to reach the more touristy/ surf area. The gates close at 9pm for security reasons but you can request to have them opened for when you arrive back later, we just felt a little bit bad as we were out late a few times. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and would really recommend, especially if you are looking to stay just outside of the noisy town.

We had one of our best airbnb experiences globally at Mahakiya Fitness, at which this apartment is the best lodging of all the options. Private, stylish, beautifully furnished, but with easy access to a great health food restaurant and the amazing fitness / HIIT classes at Mahakiya. And the most hospitable and friendly staff. Thanks for everything; we look forward to returning !

A large clean modern apartment. Very very comfortable for a long stay and even work. Fast speed unlimited wifi which is rare for Sri Lanka. Very well equipped in terms of furniture. Chamaka was extremely cooperative and helped us during our stay with things like bike rent, money exchange, laundry etc. IMO this is much better than renting a villa for the same price.
