The water property with about 50 meters of waterfront is located on the small Zechiner See, the southern part of the Mecklenburg Lake District and is connected to the main waterway Baltic Sea - Berlin.

On the ground floor is a large living area with fireplace, SMART TV, a fully equipped fitted kitchen, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and washer-dryer. In the attic you can use 3 bedrooms with 1 double bed each and 1 bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and sauna. In the garden you will find 2 terraces, an outdoor hot tub with 35 degrees water temperature, a shed and 2 parking spaces.

Just relax and unwind in this quiet, stylish place. In the over 150-year-old brick house you can spend the holiday time very well. So we offer two bedrooms, a living room plus a kitchen. All this with beautiful pine planks, clay plaster, wooden windows, everything carefully restored historically. The swimming and fishing lake is just 300 meters away, many other lakes are in the immediate vicinity. Neustrelitz is only 10 km away and leaves nothing to be desired.

Vacation home by the lake

Take a break and relax in this peaceful oasis: in the house, on the terrace in the Hollywood swing, under the willow in the meadow, on the bench at Lake Tetzensee. You can be active: swimming, stand-up paddling (two boards are at your disposal). There are many excursion options in the area: discover Neuruppin, take a steamer ride to Boltenmühle, go eat at the Waldschenke in Stendenitz, visit the castle in Rheinsberg or the open-air theater in Netzeband.

Vacation home by the lake

We offer a vacation home on the Templiner Stadtsee (federal waterway) with a jetty. It has a sleeping area with a 2 m double bed and a separate living area with a sofa bed for 2 people. A kitchen with dishwasher, oven and refrigerator is available. The bathroom is equipped with a shower. A spacious terrace invites you to linger. There are plenty of parking spaces. The jetty is located on the city lake under the vacation home and is suitable for fishing.

Im Erdgeschoss lädt ein großzügiger Wohnbereich zum Lesen und zu Gesprächen am Kamin ein. Der Esstisch bietet Platz für Tafelrunden und Spielabende. Ein Holzkaminofen im EG heizt im Winter das ganze Haus, im Sommer locken große Terrassen nach draußen! Eine abschließbare Fahrradgarage steht bereit.

The wooden house is located directly opposite the old sanatorium, only about 50-100 meters from the swimming area on the clear Zenssee. Each unit in the semi-detached house offers ample space for 7 people (3 bedrooms) on two floors, a fireplace and a terrace with a small garden. Bicycles can be stored in a lockable shed. Near the house there is a supermarket with bakery/butcher as well as a canoe rental.

Pets are also welcome by arrangement. This region is a paradise for nature lovers and active vacationers. Take walks or bike rides along the numerous lakes and forests, explore the surroundings by boat or simply relax on the shore.

Kick back and relax in this calm, modern space just 150 meters from the swimming area on Schwarzer See. The spacious sauna, the fully equipped kitchen with, for example, dishwasher, Nespresso machine, the terrace, the two separate bedrooms with electric blinds leave nothing to be desired. Lake Schwarz can only be navigated with electric boats and the nearest shopping is in Mirow, 5 km away.

Time out at Lake Tollensee

Our house on Lake Tollensee is a beautiful place to get away from the noise of the city. Located directly on Lake Tollensee, which invites you to swim or stand-up paddle in its clear water. Or for nice bike rides about 35 km around the lake. The location between Neustrelitz and Neubrandenburg offers many opportunities for shopping or visiting restaurants.

In the middle of an small village, only 2 min from the forest and 10 min walk to the lakes. You can relax during long walks, bike tours or during boat tours. Super family friendly or suitable for a group of friends or a couple to relax during some quiet days in the nature, but with all thought of infrastruter close by.
