The I Platani apartment is new, with modern furnishings and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a relaxing stay by the sea. You can enjoy lunch or dinner on the private outdoor terrace or decide to go down to the ground floor, cross the street and choose one of the many restaurants on the beach. Two indoor parking spaces are also available for guests and included in the price.

Mini apartment of 30 sqm completely renovated in 2024. The bathroom has been expanded and now has a shower stall, hairdryer, and a heated towel rail. The kitchen is new (with sink, gas stove, oven, refrigerator, extractor hood, necessary dishes and dining table). The bedroom is equipped with air conditioning, a 42" TV, and a wardrobe with a mirror. The bed is also new and is a double bed with a third loft bed. There is a small terrace at the entrance with a sofa.
