It is also very close to the Moscone Center. 3 1/2 blocks away from Civic Center BART/Muni Station. 20 minute walk to downtown. 4 blocks away from Moscone Center. 20 minute walk to AT&T Park SoMa is a hip neighborhood with a ton of restaurants to choose from, bars and night clubs, start-up companies around, close to the Moscone Center.

SO CLOSE to SO MUCH...ice cream, coffee, food, cocktails, murals, markets, music, etc. You’ll love my place because its location is in heart of the Mission. The in-law unit is cozy, comfortable, and stylish. The garden is lovely! It's great for couples, mini-sized families, solo adventurers, and business travelers. This is a very walkable neighborhood. Welcome to Potrero Hill! We are the sunniest neighborhood in the city and are perfectly located. Our home is 15 min walk to SF General Hospital, UCSF, Mission Bay, SOMA, and the Mission district. You will get an entire bottom floor of the house, fully separated from our home. Home is brand new, built in 2022. While you have total privacy, we are on site in case anything comes up. Parking is easy and we are near the freeways, making it easy to get to Silicon Valley, Marin, or Napa.
