Super-cute, upstairs bungalow. hardwood floors, crisp paint, linens and plantation shutters. Come stay 150 feet away from Mission Bay and less than 4 minutes of a walk to the ocean. This adorable little condo comes with a small parking spot (back-up skills are needed but totally doable). Although it sleeps up to 4, it's best utilized by a group of 2-3 adults or a small family. **All throughout the year a portable A/C unit can be set up with NO extra charge** RETURNING GUESTS GET 10% OFF/NIGHT
“MJ's place is in an excellent location (close to beach and all sorts of other fun things). We stayed while in the process of moving to SD, so were here before our apartment was ready. He gave us helpful suggestions and made sure everything was good to go before our arrival. MJ was also friendly and accommodating when we had to adjust our schedule due to a flight cancellation. There was a minor issue with the door to the bathroom (did not latch), but MJ promptly fixed it once we surfaced the issue to him. We also noticed that in a couple places it felt like the place had not been fully cleaned (e.g., there were some noticeable hairs on the toilet, dirty dishes in the cabinets). We were able to clean things up a bit and really enjoyed the rest of our stay there. Overall, would definitely recommend this place to anyone thinking about staying there for a beach getaway.”
This a 1929 built beach cottage! Original layout but updated to meet our modern desires! We have stocked this house with everything you need to relax, cook and enjoy yourself in sunny San Diego! This place is in a great location, 75 steps to the sand of mission bay and 1 block to the ocean! This unit has a nice patio to hang out and enjoy drinks, food, tanning and lounging. Located conveniently in the middle of MB with coffee, bars, food, shops and rentals all within a stones throw!
“Location was absolutely perfect, and as described. The alley is super cute, and walking distance from everything you will need. If you forget something at home, trust that you will find it nearby. The house is stocked with the essentials you will need to cook meals, watch TV, and I loved that there were beach towels, and chairs available to use if we needed. Bed and pillows really comfortable, and the house has AC. If you like to be super cozy I'd bring a throw blanket... but thats just me because I am always cold. Other than that all of the needs were provided. The bay area is sweet for a night walk, and the rental place for kayaks and paddle boats is also right there. Thank you Trevor for your sweet deco, and your speedy responses. Would definitely stay again.”
Why not CHILL at the Beach during the lockdown? The house is oceanfront - located right on the boardwalk in Mission Beach. It is a great place to people watch. It is not possible to get any closer to the beach. NO SMOKING ALLOWED. https://www.google.com/maps/place/3495+Ocean+Front+Walk,+San+Diego,+CAfirstname.lastname@example.org,-117.2532893,3a,75y,84.48h,88.61t/data=!3m6!1e1!3m4!1sAv77uQJv2108Oj1Kd78WCw!2e0!7i13312!8i6656!4m5!3m4!1s0x80dc01e2f4e3e9b1:0xf0ae55288fb876e2!8m2!3d32.7781956!4d-117.2531159
“If you’re craving an amazing outdoor patio looking directly at the beach at a reasonable cost, this is the one. Huge patio, lots of seating, awesome grill, tons of beach accessories available to use. The best part is that it’s literally on the boardwalk. People watch, or wave watch, it’s all relaxing fun. While it is an older house, it still has charm. Very clean inside, almost anything you can think of that you may need during a stay. Great location too. I actually live in San Diego so this was a staycation for us. I know the area well and this house is perfectly between mission beach and pacific beach. Tons and tons of restaurants, bars, convenience stores, grocery stores. Owner of the property was very responsive when I had a question and showed he cared about our stay. Would recommend.”
