This is an authentic and ressourcing place, newly renovated, loaded with 400 years of history. We have decorated the house with love and care, the equipment is very generous. Bikes of diverse sizes (for adults and children), kayaks, SUPs and other inside and outside equipments are available.

Haven of peace in property with 4 hectares of garden, woods with river. We live there in another home,we would be happy to host you. Electric heating and wood stove for those who want it. Not recommended for children under 10 years of age as a safety measure ( river).

All that's left is to enjoy the vineyards, the cathedrals but also the banks of the Yonne.

Bike rental (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions on the last photo of the listing). Bike path to explore on the towpath of the Loing Canal (Scandinavian).

[Idyllic corner on the outskirts of Paris] This small lakefront cottage dates from 1984, it has been redecorated but needs to be renovated, which is why I am renting it out to raise funds for the work. The Bidou

Studio created in semi-buried basement made of reclaimed materials and a new sofa bed and also a dry toilet for ecological purposes. Quiet thanks to its insulation despite a nearby railway. As a foster family for abandoned animals, our 4-legged friends are of course welcome. However, we prefer that they do not remain alone in an unknown environment to avoid any damage. We've put a lot of time and money into offering you a cozy little nest.
