Studio of about 40 m2 located in an old farmhouse and quiet in the municipality of Champigny (in the center of the Sens Provins and Fontainebleau triangle) This one is ideal for 4 people who want to visit the Yonne or are just passing through. it has a sleeping area with a double bed but also a real sofa bed! its equipped kitchen will allow you to cook there independently. All that's left is to enjoy the vineyards, the cathedrals but also the banks of the Yonne.

Quality cleaning is provided by us (included in the price). For your information, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) to offer more comfort to visitors. Bike rental (including electric) possible at our neighbor's (instructions on the last photo of the listing).

Étant famille d'accueil pour animaux abandonnés, nos amis 4 pattes sont forcément les bienvenus. Toutefois, nous préférons qu'ils ne restent pas seuls dans un environ inconnu pour éviter toutes dégradations. Nous avons investi beaucoup de temps et d'argent pour vous proposer un petit nid douillet.
