Chie is very friendly and her place is in a great location—ideal for two. A more local neighborhood, not filled with tourists, so perfect if that’s what you’re looking for.

This was my second time at Tommy’s (the first time was in 2023, also for just over a week). As before, I found it the perfect place to stay. Clean, sunny, quiet (I never so much as heard a sound from the other units), and - for me - very well located. To this last point, Tokyo is a massive and varied place. Many visitors opt to stay in the center, but I much prefer being on the west side and dipping my toe into the chaos of Shibuya/Shinjuku/etc. on an as-needed basis. I would absolutely stay here again.

Staying at this hidden gem was an absolute treat. Pati, our wonderful host, made our first trip to Japan unforgettable by offering amazing recommendations for food, shopping, and travel. After much research on where to stay, discovering Koenji and Pati's place felt like finding gold at the end of the rainbow. The location was perfect for us, as we love to walk—stations were easily accessible by foot, and the Koenji shops were just a short stroll away. The space itself was perfect—spacious, full of natural light, with a lovely little balcony. The large dining table and open layout made it feel like a true home away from home. We stayed for 8 nights and it was ideal for a longer stay. Despite the cold weather and snow on the first night, the heating kept us warm and cozy. Hot tip: definitely rent a bike to explore Koenji and Tokyo—it’s a fantastic way to get around. Thank you again, Pati, for your kindness and hospitality. We can’t wait to return to our new favorite place in Tokyo! :)

Just want to take a moment to extend a very big thank you to Hide and Aya for hosting us. Their accommodation is located in a fantastic little spot, close to just about everything you could need and only a few stops away from Shinjuku/Shibuya; with all the amenities one might need. Not only that, Hide and Aya went above and beyond helping us to arrange to return of a lost package. Going so far as to follow-up with Yamato for us and arranging for the delivery on our behalf. We are so grateful to have had such wonderful hosts!

Handy place with everything I needed, close to plenty of useful amenities. Very good supermarket close by opposite a very beautiful looking temple. The two nearest train stations were well connected. Jun was helpful and professional, good recommendations.

The airbnb is very near to the station. The host even waited for us in the train station to help with the luggages. She was very friendly and recommended a lot of restaurants nearby that we can try. The neighborhood is very peaceful and it felt relaxing after a long day of touring around the city. The room is very spacious and enough for 4 people to freely move around. It is very clean, air condition is cold and there are towels provided. The towels could also be washed and changed upon request. On top of that, the host responds quickly and also sends us daily updates of weather forecasts. Since rain was forecasted during our stay, there were also a lot of umbrellas ready on the first floor. Overall, this is one of the nicest airbnbs we have stayed at. I recommend this place a lot and will definitely book this room again whenever we come back to Tokyo in the future!

Charming place close to the subway in a suburban Tokyo neighborhood w great restaurants and shops. Comfortable and felt very Japanese.

中国人不骗中国人，房间真的很好！！很大很舒服，床很软，浴缸也很干净。虽然没有用厨房但所有需要的东西一应俱全！！有一个很漂亮的露台站在上面能看到周围的风景，吹风很舒服！！位置特别好，旁边是商业区和车站，很方便，周围有便利店，饭店，donki，很繁华！而且房东的态度超级好，就算很晚了也会很快地回复！！如果下次再来能买到的话一定会再住！！^^

Es el departamento excelente para estar unos días en Tokyo , muy cerca de estación de tren (5 min caminando) muchos servicios cercanos, lindo barrio y muy seguro. Departamento grande, limpio y cómodo.

I was very afraid to originally go somewhere by myself, but my stay here in Mitaka couldn’t have been any better — it was amazing. There are many fun things within walking distance, especially great food places, and the train is very close. The host does a great job giving directions to find the apartment and she is very communicative. I had to leave Tokyo a day or two earlier than planned, but the host was very welcoming to all my sudden changes and was very kind. The apartment is exactly like pictured and was very comfortable. I would definitely return whenever I stay back in Japan.

Staying in unknown country for the first time , was easier bcz of Ken. He s such a great and helpful host!! The house is really what it looks in pictures and comfortable , short walk to Sasazuka station!!! . Thanks Ken!!

hosts were very responsive and even helped us secure studio ghibli tickets when we couldn't get them online! place was super cozy and spacious for a tokyo home and amenities were complete. multiple train stations were within 15 mins from the place and there were a few restaurants around within 10 mins of walking! loved staying here!

Our stay here in Kichijoji was wonderful. Yujing was a responsive host who was quick to fix an issue with our fridge within 24 hours. The apartment is clean and roomy and had everything we needed. As it is clearly stated in the description, the room is right next to a train line, so you do hear train noise. It was not an issue for us and we slept with ear plugs. Thank you for a wonderful stay and look forward to staying again sometime soon.

Le logement correspondait parfaitement à la description. Le lit est très confortable ! Emplacement pratique proche du métro qui emmène facilement dans le centre de Tokyo.

Perfect place to rest after a long day of exploring! Was in a quieter part of Tokyo but only a short walk from everything. Despite it being in an apartment building it was very quiet and exactly what we were looking for for our last day in Japan!

Great neighbourhood! Wonderful, cozy, and quite home for 2-3 people (max). At first it appeared too small (welcome to Japan for the first time) but within the next day we started to feel at a comfortable, cozy home. we checked in at 230am and it was flexible and comfortable. Pearl was very helpful in local recommendations and provided clear instructions for a comfortable stay. The locality is wonderful, authentic, and homely! love the train station vibes on slow afternoons. it has everything you need! Thank you Pearl for a wonderful stay 😊

Everything was just as described, the place was nicely located away from the hustle but still convenient to get around to explore Tokyo and other areas. The apartment was comfortable for 2 people and equipped with everything you need. Hirohiko and his wife were friendly and helpful and always responded promptly to all our messages. They even gave us a little gift when we left. Highly recommended, thank you! 🙏

Kota and Shunki’s apartment was very clean and cozy. Nice and quiet at night despite easy access to Shin Okubo station. I enjoyed my stay and would come again.

We were very happy with Akari’s place!! Azabu-Juban is a great spot, the apartment is near supermarkets, good restaurants, good bakeries, and close by to the subway. Akari gave very clear instructions, it was everything we had hoped for. We especially love the laundry and the bathroom setup to hang the cloths dry with the help of heat fan. Overall highly recommended!!!
