La casa è piccola ma accogliente, ha tutto ciò che serve. È situata nel piccolo paesino di Mytilinii, situato a circa 20 minuti di macchina dal porto di Vathy. L'area è tranquilla e nei dintorni c'è tutto ciò che serve: supermercati, farmacie, bar. Inoltre proprio a pochi metri da casa c'è uno dei migliori ristoranti dell'isola. L'host Iro si è sempre dimostrata presente e attenta per rispondere alle nostre domande/richieste. Pythagoreio, uno dei punti di attrazione principali dell'isola per spiagge, negozi e siti archeologici, si trova a soli 10 minuti di macchina.

Staying at the Stone House Guesthouse truly felt like a dream — especially waking up every morning to that stunning sea view. The home itself is full of charm and peace, perfect for soaking in the beauty of Samos. I had a little mishap with the washing machine (completely my fault), and the hosts took care of it immediately, no questions asked. The family and friends nearby are warm, responsive, and always ready to help — you feel genuinely supported throughout your stay. To explore the island’s amazing beaches and hiking trails, you’ll need a car or scooter — and Dimitri has you covered with reliable wheels, just let him know. A fantastic base for a relaxed and immersive island experience. I’d return in a heartbeat!

Zoek je rust, uitzicht op de prachtige natuur met enkel het geluid van vogels? Zoek dan niet langer, dit huis is super. Lilly is hulpvaardig zonder opdringerig te zijn. Je moet zachtjes rijden met je huurauto op het laatste stukje, maar ook dit is prima te doen. Bakkerij, supermarkt en restaurants op korte afstand in Chora of Mitilinii. Een aanrader!

Stayed 3 nights at yorgos place. The apartment is in a very nice location few minutes drive to the beaches and in the heart of beautiful countryside. Apt is clean and modern. The hot tub is a great plus. Will definitely consider staying there again.

Πολύ όμορφος χώρος, ιδανικός 4-5 άτομα. Πολυ καλή η τοποθεσία, καθώς είναι κυριολεκτικα 5 λεπτα απο το Αεροδρομιο του νησιού. Το σπίτι ήταν όπως στις περιγραφές και ο κύριος Σίμος αρκετά φιλικός και εξυπηρετικός απέναντί μας. Θα πήγαινα ξανά αν μου δινόταν η ευκαιρία.

Efcharis was a wonderful n kind host. He was very flexible and accommodating with our check-in n check-out times, which we really appreciated. When we arrived he welcomed us personally. He had thought of everything, from a gift bottle of ouzo to snacks for our son and even drinking water. He also provided us with helpful information about Samos, and brochures were ready on the table. The location of the house is just as described, offering a lively spot with a view of Samos town square, yet it is very quiet and peaceful. Restaurants, bars, bakeries, markets, and everything else you might need are within walking distance.The terrace is delightful n if the weather is cool, having a meal at the kitchen table while watching the sea through the window feels truly special. The Wi-Fi speed in the house was more than sufficient. We stayed during a rainy and cold period, but the house was comfortably heated with the air conditioning, and the hot water worked perfectly. Thank you for everthing!

1 oda + ufak mutfak ve banyodan oluşan bir stüdyo dairedir. Yeri, bulunduğu sahil ve ortamın huzurlu güzelliği bizleri çok mutlu etti. Chris net açıklamalar sağladı. Adada araç kiralarsanız neredeyse dairenin önüne kadar gelebildiğiniz bir park alanı var. Eşimle beraber 5 gece kaldık ve sezon başıydı, sahil çok güzeldi ve ortam sakindi. Ancak daha uzun kalış için gidiyor olsaydık içinde koltuk da olan bir başka dairelerini tercih ederdik. Banyo içeride biraz rutubete sebep olabiliyor, çok rahatsız edici değil ama sık havalandırma tercih edilebilir. Mutfak eşyaları cam kenarında ve açıkta olduğu için toz tutuyor görünüyor.

Het verblijf in het huis van Minas en Rodopi was geweldig. Het was mooier dan we op de foto's konden zien en het was van alle gemakken voorzien. Als je op zoek bent naar rust in een prachtige omgeving, kan je dit huis veilig boeken. De routebeschrijving die wij ontvingen voor de rit vanaf het vliegveld was perfect, want vooral het laatste stuk vanaf de doorgaande weg is steil en deels onverhard. Bij aankomst werden we hartelijk ontvangen door Apollon (de beheerder) en Rodopi. Er stonden allerlei zelfgemaakt producten voor ons klaar, die wij mochten gebruiken. Gedurende de week kwamen Minas en Rodopi langs om ons nog meer te brengen. Ontzettend vriendelijk en bovendien erg lekker. Wij hebben een heerlijke week gehad, met gelukkig mooi weer (eind april). Het (privé)strand onderaan de klif is top, en wij hebben hier meerdere keren gezwommen en gesnorkeld.
