Shodoshima, a small house on the beach, "SOTOHAMA HOUSE", where you can have a quiet stay in a village surrounded by the sea and mountains

Located in the Yoshino district of the Mitu Peninsula, a famous sunset spot known as one of the best on Shodoshima Island. The room is a small maisonette type that is rented to one group per day. It is a private space that you enter and exit from a private entrance. It is connected to the building opposite (rental housing area) with a sun room in between, but there are locked doors on both sides and you cannot go back and forth. The landlord lives nearby and can help you with anything you. Shower booth, toilet with washlet, and kitchenette. We also have terrace seating in the garden. The Yoshino district is about a 7-minute drive from Ikeda Port, where the ferry to Takamatsu departs. It is a quiet and small village with old-fashioned scenery of Setouchi, moderately far from the city. It is a 10-second walk to Yoshino Beach right in front of the house. If the weather is good, you can see the sunset all year round. Why not spend some time watching the sunset from the pier that stretches out to the sea? Because it is an old house, there are steep stairs (with handrails) and steps. We appreciate your understanding and caution if you have small children or have difficulty walking. OHANA is a private seaside cottage on Naoshima, known as a sacred place of contemporary art. There are two cottages, sea side and mountain side; Lani is the mountain-side cottage. Free parking is available on site. The cottage accommodates 6–8 guests and includes a kitchen and washing machine. It is a 3-minute walk to the Yellow Pumpkin and 2 minutes to the bus stop.
