You have the entire apartment for yourself during your stay. There is also the beautiful Café Meana which welcomes you every day from 2-10 pm. S-Bahn Wollankstr. is 5 minutes to walk, from there you can reach Friedrichstr. in only 10 Minutes and Potsdamer Platz or Alexanderplatz in only 15 Minutes.

The location of "Haus Prerow" is close to the center. Within 20 minutes you can be at Alexanderplatz with public transport. Public transport and shopping malls are within walking distance. It is located in a quiet residential area in the middle of Berlin. Haus Prerow is a one-room apartment with a bathroom and shower and is located separately on our property. We provide you with a refrigerator, a small oven, a coffee machine, a kettle and, if necessary, a baby cot. Free parking is available

Large pool, not heated, open from mid-May to September. Charcoal grill available. The S-Bahn S7 and bus can be reached in 10 minutes on foot and with both you can drive in 35 minutes to the city.

The house with 2 bathrooms can accommodate up to 7 people. Under the covered terrace or on the 30 sqm sun terrace, you can perfectly relax after a city stroll and end the day. We are a young family and also live on the premises. We are happy to answer any questions you may have.
