Our exclusive vacation apartment is located in the diplomatic district of Berlin, right next to the Volkspark Schönholzer Heide, surrounded by vast public parks with their sights, such as the Bürgerpark and the Schlosspark. The center of Pankow-Niederschönhausen is within walking distance. The apartment has 40 square meters of living space with balcony, a private bathroom with tub shower, as well as a pantry kitchen. Sports for runners in the adjacent forest park or visit the in-house sauna.

Our flat is on a little peninsula on the river - it's so quiet that it feels like you are in the countryside (perfect after a day of city sightseeing) yet it is very well connected to the city centre and the airport. It is close to cafes, bars, clubs and a large supermarket. Across the river/lake there are numerous beer gardens, restaurants, parks and peddle boats for hire etc. This is our actual home so care has been taken in many aspects. Possibility to also use our bikes/trailer(s).

Thanks to the good infrastructure, the Berlin city center with its cultural facilities and shopping facilities can be reached by highway, train and subway in just approx. 15-20 minutes away. By bike and on foot you can relax in the greenery by the lake. Arrival and departure must be discussed in advance. Check-in is usually from 3 pm to 5 pm and check-out is by 10 am.
