The house is very easy reachable via public transportation; the post-van is 5 minutes to go, with direct connection to St. Gallen (with an overall travel time of 30 minutes). The apartment itself is in the basement of an old Stickerhaus, that is an embroiderer house where once the famous embroidery of the region have been manufactured. We guarantee leisurely days in an unconventional place.

The accommodation is on Appenzellerstrasse, from Gais to Appenzell. The house is bright, offers plenty of space for 3-4 people on the ground floor and 1st floor. It is a patrician house, blankets are higher (2.20 m) than type. Appenzeller houses. The kitchen is fully equipped. 2 high chairs for children/baby cribs are available. Dogs are welcome. Please register. Hiking trails begin as soon as you cross the road. Important: A separate listing is also posted on Airbnb for renting an entire part of the house (8 people).
