It is an old house, but it is fully equipped with air conditioning and wifi.There is a TV monitor connected to the Amazon Fire TV.(TV broadcasting cannot be received.) There is also a garden so you can have a comfortable stay. The Isshiki Coast within walking distance is the famous coast of the 100 beaches of the world.It is also a villa for the Emperor, Goyoshi and Hayama Park, which is great for walking. If you are traveling by car, it is 15 minutes from Yokohama Yokosuka Road to our facility.We also provide free parking, so it is easy to use, and you can easily go to Yokohama, Kamakura, Zushi, Yokosuka, and Miura Peninsula.Access during public transportation is about a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, Hayama Dai-do, a 15-minute bus ride from JR Zushi Station. There is a Keikyu store, Sotetsu Rosen, Suzukiya, and 7-Eleven within a 10-minute walk, easy to source daily necessities and ingredients, and there are plenty of restaurants. Hayama Town is rich in nature, so you can play sup or snorkel in the sea, or hike in the mountains.

We remodeled this beachfront house ourselves. It is a 30-second walk to the beach and has a Showa-era feel. The name of the facility ”Hayamana" is a combination of Hayama (Hayama) and Mana (Soul). It's not luxurious by any means, but it has a nostalgic, soothing atmosphere. The property also has a stand-up paddle rental, and beginners can attend a school. The owner is a certified professional of the PSA (Professional SUP Association), so that you can fully enjoy the activities of the sea with peace of mind. There is also a surprisingly unknown trail entrance surrounded by the greenery of Hayama, 5 minutes away on foot.
