It is A Very nice and welcoming hotel, the staff in general is very friendly and the pool is quite spacious in which you can swim very well, especially because they have inflatables and towels for the guests to grasp quietly, i hope to be back soon!

This is a great location. In this COVID world, rest assured that all protocols are followed and the space is super clean and well maintained. I can't find any fault with my stay at all. Highly recommended.

Excellent location away from most of the noise of the city. The common spaces were more beautiful than the photos and the pool/hot tub was fantastic. The unit itself was also better than the photos; clean and big. Tom was very accommodating and accessible to the guests. Lastly, there is an eco filter water container in the unit for drinking.

Beautiful apartment with an amazing view. Lovely sunrises, sunsets and views of the volcanoes. Felt right at home. The heated pool was a plus! Kyara was very friendly, and always responsive. Definitely recommend this place, you won’t regret it! Thank you for everything Kyara!

Thank you to Giovanni, I stay for 10 weeks and it was an incredible experience, not knowing the country was very friendly as a host and gave me all the facilities and support to feel good, the apartment is very nice and comfortable, the place is complete with everything an apt must have, very safe the area, enjoy using the gym and the amenities of the tower, recommended to the 100 and again that excellent human service and host, if I return to Guatemala I will occupy this option since it feels an optimal security and the personality of Giovanni gives way to entertain pleasant conversations and feel the warmth of Guatemalan people.

A fairly centrally located spot easily accessible. The apartment was very cozy, very clean and tidy. It has a large garden, ideal for the kids.

A nice location, a quiet area with lots of amenities and things nearby, the truth is easy access to restaurants and the best mall in the city, just as advice that for the future there is already parking for vehicle would be the only thing I would advise because the truth is there is privacy, the very friendly host solved all my doubts and concerns
