This small, barrier-free guest house was established in January 2020. There is a ramp to the entrance. There are no steps in the room either. There is no bathtub. We provide plenty of towels, amenities, and room clothes (summer only) so you can come easily with little luggage. We provide home-roasted coffee in drip bags every day (roasted the same day). We have installed a whole-house water purification system, "Ryosu Kobo," and a water softener, so all the water in the room is purified and softened. There is no kitchen, but there is a fridge-freezer, microwave, toaster, and electric kettle. There is a supermarket 3 minutes away by car and restaurants within walking distance. Drinks and sweets are available at the vending machine on the premises. The on-site coin laundry (charged) has a washer-dryer and a large dryer. There is no TV. You can work and watch videos with high-speed wifi. Even if the internet is cut off due to a power outage, there is a spare Starlink. Lie in a hammock on the rooftop and enjoy the starry sky. This is a newly built house in Higashinakasone, Miyakojima City. The building has a calm atmosphere with a characteristic red tile brick roof, and is recommended for families and groups. There is 1 double bed, 4 semi-double beds, and 2 single futons. We recommend that the semi-double be used by one person. It can accommodate up to 12 people, but it is more comfortable for about 8 people. There are 2 toilets, a washing machine and a dryer, so you can rest assured even if you are staying for a long time or have a large number of people. The bathroom also has a bathtub, so you can slowly relax from your travels. There is no TV, so we hope you can spend a relaxing time on Miyakojima. There are also convenient stores nearby, and SAN-A and Big One are about 4 minutes away by car. The location is convenient for shopping and dining. We have simple and easy-to-use facilities, so please feel free to use GUEL PALACIO as a base for sightseeing and activities.
