Monthly Rentals in Mizoram

Zobawm is a peaceful place with a beautiful view. Both montain view and City view on the side makes mornings and nights to look forward to. This was my second trip to Aizawl and me and my wife enjoyed every bit of it. The rooms are even better than the pictures. The food they provided is both tasty and healthy, specially the salad. I wish they could provide the recipe for it :) The owner Zothanzuala is very responsive and so are the care takers. They arranged for a cab for local sightseeing for us on our first day in about 20 minutes. We wish we could have stayed longer as there is so much to see in Aizawl/Mizoram that we couldn't finish in mere 3 days of our stay. We will recommend this place.

Mystical Mizoram, a small tourism book which is kept in Room 1 to guide about the places in Mizoram, to me, it is Mystical even from the Annexe Homestay. The view outside is absolutely stunning! Be it early morning or at the night. Host Nunui is the best ! Always responsive and precise; if you say you want the breakfast at 8 am, you get it at 8 am without fail. There is a small shop where all the daily utility goods will be available and the owners, an elderly couple, are really a sweetheart. They will engage in communication even though there might be some language barriers. Nunui’s staff are always friendly and cheerful and they help with laundry as well. The neighbourhood is calm and peaceful. Everyone is friendly and welcoming. A bakery is at a walkable distance and a relatively bigger marketplace is a few hundred meters away. Enjoyed my stay!

Samuel’s place may not immediately catch your eye, but its warmth reveals itself in time. The view from the balcony is mesmerizing, serene, & absolutely breathtaking. Initially, after a minor issue with the keys, Samuel, with his sweet heart, made sure we felt completely at home. One suggestion: it would be helpful if neighbors were reminded to keep noise levels down, as late-night calls and loud talking can disturb other guests. Though Zual, the kind-hearted caretaker, doesn’t speak English, we connected through gestures, smiles, and kindness. It’s amazing to communicate not through language, but through the eyes. She took care of me during a flu with hot meals, tea, & hot haldi milk, showing how deeply they care for their guests. Ellie, another gem, prepared North Indian meals and helped me pack, sharing warmth & even teaching me some Mizo words. It truly made my stay special. Samuel's place is highly recommended to anyone visiting Aizwal. Be ready to experience bliss at Maryland.

I had a fantastic stay! The host was super helpful and responsive, and the location was perfect. The place was clean, beautifully decorated, and felt so welcoming. As a solo traveler, I felt completely at ease. Highly recommend!
