The stay with Kurtis was incredible. The place was absolutely beautiful (a real paradise). We truly felt at home. Kurtis was extremely responsive to everything we needed. We stayed for a month and worked remotely from the home with no problems at all. A great getaway for the digital nomad or someone wanting to disconnect from it all. 6 stars if I could give that. Thank you Kurtis!

We stayed at Eta's Airbnb last year and came back again because we liked it so much!!! The A/C in the bedrooms is great, I love the location, the decor and little extras are thoughtful and we love that the suite is on the main floor. The only downside this year was, the neighbours upstairs were louder than last year with a screaming toddler who was often up by 5:00 am. The master bedroom had windows facing the courtyard and it was very loud. I would still stay at this suite again though!!! Thanks Romain and Eta... see you next year!!!

Khalid was an excellent host. He was always responsive and answered all of our questions in advance. He are arranged an in house chef for our group at a reasonable rate. We enjoyed the pool and beautiful setting. The hospitality was good. Rooms were up to standard. The chef was sociable and ready to offer a helping hand. Host could monitor security by setting up Closed -Circuit Television (CCTV) around the facility.

Fantastic location on the ocean, with fabulous views from all terraces and especially from the upper outside deck. Great open plan living space with views and spacious bedrooms with en suite bathrooms . The staff were incredibly welcoming, kind and discreet, always there to greet and assist. The property and gardens are really well designed and have a great flow. Superb walks to the reefs at low tide. The remote location provides great privacy and relaxation, highly recommended. We will be back!

My stay at this beautiful property in Zanzibar was incredible. The house is truly a dream—spacious, elegant, and equipped with all the amenities you could wish for. There is a very special feature in this property that is a private access to the ocean. It gives you your own slice of paradise. The house is wonderfully private, making it ideal for a peaceful retreat, yet it’s close enough to explore Zanzibar’s many attractions. The host is exceptional, going above and beyond to ensure every need is met. Her warmth, attention to detail, and local tips made the experience unforgettable. I wholeheartedly recommend this property to anyone looking for luxury, tranquility, and a touch of magic in Zanzibar

The villa is beautiful and peaceful we had workers who made us breakfast, cleaned and cooked for us everyday The security guards were there 24/7 we felt safe , especially with the kids playing in the garden I wasn’t worried at all. The owner phoned me every day to make sure we happy with everything I would highly recommend it *******

Feels right at home. With a nice ocean facing rooftop, clean swimming pool. This is a safe lodge, location is quiet and safe with friendly staffs and secured. Responsive host and always checking if everything was ok. This is a place where you can have a perfect rest/relaxation on vacation. I will definitely book again.

I recently stayed at this lovely apartment near Stone Town, and it was an incredible experience! The location is perfect—close enough to explore the historic Stone Town but situated in a quiet and peaceful area, which made for a relaxing stay. The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, with plenty of room to unwind after a day of exploring. It had everything I needed for a enjoyable trip. The host was absolutely wonderful! They were very responsive, friendly, and went out of their way to ensure I had a great stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Zanzibar. The combination of a great location, spacious and comfortable accommodations, and an exceptional host made my stay unforgettable. I’ll definitely be returning in the future!

A Perfect Home Away from Home – Highly Recommended! From the moment I arrived in Zanzibar, the host’s warmth and hospitality made everything seamless. I reached out ahead of check-in time to ask if I could drop off my bags early before heading to Nungwi—and she was so kind and accommodating. That flexibility alone set the tone for an amazing stay. The apartment was everything I hoped for and more. It was spotless, beautifully decorated, and filled with cozy, thoughtful touches. The green décor gave the space a fresh, serene atmosphere that instantly made it feel like home. One detail I really appreciated was the baby crib in the master bedroom—a considerate feature for families traveling with little ones. As a book lover, I was thrilled to find a small collection of books, perfectly curated and inviting. That felt incredibly special to me. We genuinely didn’t want to leave! The space was warm, welcoming, and so well thought out.

Munir was a great host. Great apartment and super clean. Host was extremely responsive and gave us suggestions on what we could get up to during our time. Short 5/10 walk into central Stonetown. Would definitely recommend!

Loved Stefania’s cozy place right in the heart of StoneTown near both Emerson hotels. Loved to hear the neighborhood kids playing outside - it was the sound of unbridled joy. While western kids are labeled as ADHD because their parents want to give them drugs to be quiet, these kids are allowed to be free to release their energy and just be children. Loved all the friendly faces around. It was lovely. Thanks to Stefania as well as her helpers, Sara and Rama!! Great team!

Amazing stay! Diana was a fantastic host, super responsive and helpful. She even helped me with local transport to the apartment and let me check in early. The location in Fumba Town was perfect, with a supermarket nearby, a couple of great restaurants (one right on the beach!), a garden/park, and more. Highly recommend!

Communication with host Yussuf was seamless and timely. His responses were clear and concise. He gave us a good discount for our family of 4. The co host pendo was super kind. She checked us in and also took us to the pier restaurant for that much needed dinner by the ocean. She also recommended places to shop at in case we needed to. The caretaker was also polite, present and alert. The place is very clean, quiet and most of all I appreciated the private pool. Thank you Yussuf and Pendo

I had a very good stay. The location was great — convenient and close to everything I needed. The amenities were exactly as described and made the stay really comfortable. The host was always available and responsive whenever I had a question or needed anything, which I really appreciated. Overall, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I’d definitely recommend this place to others!

wow!!! what a beautiful apartment. Dennis's place was absolutely amazing. We were there for our wedding anniversary for 2 weeks and Dennis met me and gave us a gift of a bottle of champagne. Anytime I had a question Dennis was extremely responsive in helping make this a very peaceful and lovely vacation. my husband and I had an amazing time and I will highly recommend Dennis place. It was very clean, looked like the pictures, and the art work and decorations were gorgeous. the only downside was that the apartment is on the 4th floor so...get ready for some exercise. Thanks for everything Dennis!

Zanzibar house, fait parti d’un de mes meilleurs Airbnb. Le logement est très propre, cuisine équipée (avec cuisto sur place pour le déjeuner et le repas, c’est le rêve!) Quant à la vue, face à la mer dès le matin pour passer des vacances de rêve Une personne de référence est sur place, et joignable! Rien à dire, je conseil fortement

The staff was the best part of the stay. They were amazing, especially Dan. The property is next to the beach and in the middle of a village. Seeing the African culture and way of living mixed with paradisiac views…was riveting. Several descent restaurants in the area as well. Will definitely book again.

Incredible, serene and homely place in a quite neighbourhood with good security. Neat home, great furniture. I really enjoyed making breakfast in that kitchen, it had all the utensils we needed. And for the first time after a long while l got to eat breakfast made by my little brother, imagine. What an experience we had. Abdalrahman is a great host, always willing to assist and promptly responded to us. He even gave us good recommendations. Not only was Abdalrahman a great host, what made it even more special was that he partnered us with a great and reliable driver. We were picked up from the airport and that was the start of a memorable week. Yussuf (driver) took us to all the remarkable places and was also so helpful in breaching the language gap when we had to deal with other locals, he even taught us a bit of Swahili. We're definitely coming back!!!

Alles bestens, die Unterkunft ist genau wie beschrieben. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit Yolanda. Ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt und komme gerne wieder.
