Exterior: The old beautiful house is in the centre of the town of Mlini and within there are three luxurious apartments. It is located just a few kilometers from the famous Dubrovnik Old City, in the rural area of Župa Dubrovačka. Among the many activities that one can enjoy in Mlini are: various beach inlets, mostly pebble stones, there are however options for characteristic Croatian rocky coast line enjoyment, diving excursions, fish picnics at the nearby Elafiti Island, boat rentals, historic tours to Dubrovnik either by boat, by bus or by private transfer. At the Residence there is offered an airport pick-up taxi, and free parking. Interior: Positioned on the second floor of a house built at the beginning of the 19th century, this apartment underwent a complete restoration in 2012. It is the ideal accommodation for a couple on holiday in Dubrovnik’s countryside. A large studio offers a double bed, separated by a paravan as well as full queen size sofa bed in the living area, bathroom equipped with shower and a full equipped kitchen. Another lovely feature is its spacious private terrace, perfect for enjoying meals al fresco or drinks at sundown.

Old Stone House - Apartment with two bathrooms

The apartment is newly renovated, has two bedrooms, a dining room connected to the kitchen and a bathroom. The house is built in the 17th century, overlooking the Mlini harbour and the beach. It comes with a huge garden with lemon and orange trees, grape wives and fig trees and also has outdoor grill and fire place. The village's second oldest tree can be found in the garden, that is 200 years old. Important information: the house is only accessible by stairs and we do not have private parking.
