Pero's apartment is as described, super clean, very complete, well located, easy to get to, close to the beaches and the old town, really good in every way. The only thing that caught our attention is that the same corridor that the 2 bedrooms and the bathroom share is shared by a third bedroom that the lady of Pero sleeps in. It didn't bother us in any way, but we would have liked to know beforehand. I'm sure if we go back to Dubrovnik, Pero's apartment would be our first choice. Thank you for your hospitality.

Amazing view! Great location easy to walk into the old town. The host is super friendly and took the time to show us everything in the place and how to get around the town.

This location is exactly what you want when visiting Dubrovnik. The apartment itself is lovely with an even more incredible view of the old town. It’s well equipped, offers a rare parking space, and is away from the hustle of old town while still being only a 10ish minute walk away. We loved our stay and we will hopefully be back!

Vinko was an excellent host, very friendly and helpful with lots of great recommendations. The apartment was spotless and just as described, nice peaceful location (although there is a noisy dog nearby so bring earplugs!) There is a quiet beach just 10 minute walk away. Vinko’s lovely wife brought pancakes round one evening- really went above and beyond to make me welcome!

We had an awesome experience at Ivana's place😊. We have a lot of highlights but can only mention few here. We were travelling with an infant and had no car seat with us, Ivana was kind enough to arrange a taxi with baby car seat for us. She also offered us early check in as the place was available, which we were so hoping for as we checked out of our previous accommodation at 11:00 and with a baby is a hot summer day it would have been a nightmare. Then we reached the place and it is more than what we expected, not just the place but the small details that Ivana had put down for us. She placed a baby cot in the bedroom and lots of toys for our baby ❤️. The place was super clean and Ivana has decorated it tastefully. She also kept some refreshments for us. we had lots of questions which she patiently answered. The place is easily accessible with both public transport and by your own car. The old town is just 20 mins away and buses have good frequency. The area is quite and peaceful.

Ivana was always very quick in responding to any questions we had. The place was very clean, spacious and the view from the balcony was by far the best part of the place. It was an easy 15 minute bus ride the the old town and when you came back the whole area was peaceful. Lots of restaurants to choose from on the walkway, beach a few minute walk. I would highly recommend Ivana’s place.

Valerija’s apartment is a great place to stay for a visit to beautiful Dubrovnik. It is well situated in a neighborhood near but not inside the enchanting and crowded center of the city, and we were thankful each time we Uber’d into the center (quick $6US ride) that we would have this quiet, peaceful place to enjoy when we’d had enough of the crowds. The design is beautiful: efficient and comfy for 2 couples, an amazing private patio overlooking the water and marina and hills beyond, 2 generously sized bedrooms & baths, a nice sitting area, and a small fully equipped kitchen. There are grocery stores, museums, fabulous restaurants, walking trails and beaches nearby. A much appreciated bonus was being met at the ferry terminal by kind and welcoming Zoran, who took care of our suitcases and delivered us to the apartment where warm, friendly Valerija provided a quick intro to the apt. We 4 travelers treasured our stay here; you will too.

This place is absolutely superb. It's a few metres from the beach with amazing views. It's roughly a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of Cavtat. The family are lovely people and very helpful. The apartments are modern and clean with all amenities. At night put the anti mosquitoes adapter on, which are supplied and kept in the bed side drawer. I thoroughly recommend booking this place.

Stayed here for 11 nights in May 2025, highlight was the beautiful green patio area. Everything we needed for the stay was catered for. Great central location. Iris was at hand for any questions/information we needed. Everything was as described. Thank you Iris!! 😊

We had a wonderful week in an amazing villa. The setting is truly stunning, very peaceful and with a wonderful view over to the Adriatic. The villa itself is very well equipped with the benefit of a great pool and hot-tub, and is located within easy walking distance of Zaton which has some nice bars and restaurants. We visited Dubrovnik and Cavtat which are within easy reach, and also took a ferry to Lokrum Island which is well worth a visit. Overall we had a wonderful stay at Duro’s house and will hopefully return again in the future!

You could consider being more responsive to messages, especially around check-in. When someone is travelling—like we were, coming from Albania—it’s reassuring to know everything is confirmed. We weren’t sure if the booking was secure, and since we hadn’t heard back from the host, we were worried we might have to make alternative arrangements at the last minute.

We enjoyed a week in a summer apartment, with our own beach and a beautiful yard surrounded by flowering bushes. Very good place to stay in the warm season. I don't know what would have been a better place for us, two teenagers, two seniors and two middle-aged. Ferry connections operate to Cavtat and Dubrovnik, as well as Uber transport. We had a rental car, but during the high season finding parking spaces is challenging and therefore public transport is a recommended way to get around. The house is reached via a 300-meter walk along the beach, so the place may be a bit challenging for people with reduced mobility. Marko is a helpful and friendly host who made sure that nothing was missing and helped with the bags. The swimming pool of the adjacent hotel would also have been in use. We had enough of the sea, snorkeling and Sublauta through Marko. Strong recommendation for the destination!

Stayed in the apartment for a full week! A very nice place to explore the lower part of Croatia. Beach within walking distance. Nice place to park the car. Delightfully cool and clean apartment with a fantastic view! I want to go back!

Ana’s apartment was exactly as described. It is very well equipped and had everything we needed for our toddler (cot, high chair and some toys). The surrounding are very peaceful and view from balcony excellent. Our toddler enjoyed watching all the boats go past, as did we but it still felt private. Location is good - less than 15 minutes outside Dubrovnik. We had a car so I can’t comment much on public transport apart from I did see buses go past near to the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here.

We had a lovely stay. It’s in a great location, it is exactly how it looks in the pictures, and Mario is quick to respond. Would definitely recommend.

Lovorka and her family were extremely friendly and welcoming. They even invited us for dinner - which we were super grateful for. Their home is the perfect vacation home - it has its own private beach, where we sat and watched cruises and boats sail by. We swam in those lovely transparent waters every day, never getting enough! The entire apartment has been elegantly renovated and is only 15 minutes driving from Dubrovnik. The rooms are spacious and the beds confortable. It would have been nice to have comforters and extra pillows, as well as a center table in the living room, as there is only one small side table and not enough space to place things. The bathrooms were clean. We had a great vacation, were able to rest and disconnect. Old town Dubrovnik is beautiful. We had dinner there several times at lovely restaurants. Overall, we are super happy having stayed at Lovorka's home and hope to return next year. Thank you!

The apartment instantly sets you in a blissful mood. Natalia is an outstanding host, thoughtful and caring. The location is another highlight - you get to the house walking through gardens, just a short walk to a sandy beach. The beach has beautiful view, it's peaceful in mornings and late afternoons. And when it's more busy - you have your own patio to enjoy. Koločep is a little paradise, all green, paths with beautiful views, many spots to relax... Staying overnight let's you experience it's full tranquility. And Natalia's place is absolutely perfect for that!

We had a great stay, the host is very welcoming. The accommodation is ideally located with a very beautiful sea view and lots of vegetation, enough to feel fully on vacation. The accommodation was clean and well arranged, it has air conditioning which is not an option in this beautiful sunny country. I recommend it!

We had such a lovely few days at this beautiful apartment. The terrace was one of our favourite spots, along with the beach just across the road. Location is perfect, just a 15 minute bus ride into the old town. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

We only stayed for one night, but it was a great experience! The apartment was clean, well-located, and matched the description perfectly. The host was friendly and responsive, making check-in smooth and stress-free. Wish we had more time to enjoy the place and the city, but for a short stay, it was exactly what we needed. Highly recommended!
