Family-friendly holiday rentals in Moab

Ed's place was very nice. The kids liked the huge TV in the living room to watch the BB playoffs. The kitchen is well stocked. He has everything you need for a comfortable night sleep. It was safe, welcoming and he was very kind.

Kristin walked me through each step of the way, which was so helpful as I am a first time user of Air b&b. Her beautiful home was comfortable and well suppled with everything we needed to prepare meals. We appreciated the space upstairs for our teenage granddaughters to play board games and relax. The condo hosted by Melissa was perfect for our guys trip of 5 for some mountain biking. With access to bikes the condo is in a good location to downtown. Melissa was a great host. She helped get our bags dropped in the garage ahead of check-in so we could go ride. We only cooked breakfast in the condo, but the kitchen seemed to everything needed for cooking more meals. We would stay here again on future trips.

A great place to stay definitely coming back!

This rental was perfect for our family. The beds were comfortable and the house is surprisingly quiet even with close townhome neighbors. There were 6 of us on this trip and it was a great fit. The upstairs jack and jill bath is a really great design with the tub and toilet each separated from each other and from the vanities. It allows everyone to get ready without as much conflict. The garage was actually big enough for two cars without using ninja skills.

Dale and Jo-Anne made sure that everything was perfect for our stay. They provided recommendations for places to visit and were available to provide additional help. Their home was clean, and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchenware which allowed us to cook during our stay. The location was good since it is close to town to go out and eat/buy groceries, etc. I would recommend their place without hesitation based on our flawless experience. Hope to go back to Moab in the future and stay here again.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! We loved the location, peaceful, scenic, and perfect for a family getaway. The unit itself was cozy and felt just like home, with super comfortable beds that made it easy to relax. Right outside our door was a spacious area where the kids could run around freely, plus a beautiful little stream that added such a nice touch to the setting. The pool and hot tub area was stunning, nestled against a backdrop of majestic rocks! Moab in our backyard! Our kids had a blast, and we truly enjoyed every moment. We already can’t wait to come back next year

Andrea’s place was a wonderful spot for our family of 5 adults who were exploring Moab and its beautiful surroundings. The house and all its amenities were awesome and just as described. Andrea sent us a great list of local recs for hikes, restaurants, and shopping as well as notifying us of the need for reservations at Arches NP. To us, this is the difference between an ok host and a fabulous host! Andrea wants her renters to get the most of the experience! We felt right at home in the neighborhood and met some nice folks at the pool. Moab is a fantastic town to visit for anyone interested in outdoor adventure, and coming home to this beautiful house after a day of that was a perfect way to complete it. The house has everything you need for a great and very comfortable stay. Andrea made sure of that!

We felt like we were staying at a friend's house at Rob's place! It is so well cared for, with a well stocked kitchen for meals at home and comfortable beds/linens. The backyard is so peaceful, with plenty of seating to relax. The pool was a bonus, and we loved having a garage to store bikes/gear for our adventures. Rob provided clear instructions, and was very responsive when we booked last minute.

Exactly as described. Easy check in, easy checkout. Quiet neighborhood and easy to work from the location for part of the day and get out and see the parks and the sites in the evening.

This place is absolutely stunning and very easy to walk to restaurants. This place had a lot of amenities such as laundry detergents and dishwasher. Also a lot of towels. Very clean amazing place highly recommended!!

This was such a wonderful place to stay! The hosts were very friendly and provided all the info I needed. Place was very clean and truly felt like a home. I only wish I would’ve stayed longer! I will definitely stay here again if I’m ever in the area.

absolutely loved our stay at Wendy's camper. we set up at Sand Flats and woke up to stupendous views of the La Sal Mountains, with a great little kitchen for meals and a cozy sleeping space for everything else.

We enjoyed our stay in this clean, quiet, and comfortable home. The views are amazing. We enjoyed the neighborhood pool and spa pool which were not crowded when we used them. We appreciated the 2.5 bathrooms, the patio table for eating outside, the gas grill, and the washer and dryer. It's a good home base for visiting Arches. We appreciated that it was a bit outside of the hustle and bustle of the main part of Moab.

Helena was great. We booked late, came right down and started tye AC. The place was very comfortable

This place was well worth it and very nice. Host was very responsive and proactive. We were there to do hikes and ice and water are essential. The refrigerator did not cooperate and the host had someone try to come fix it and gave a small refund for the trouble. We would definitely stay there again!

Great place for a family vacation. House was clean and had everything we needed. Close to downtown Moab and a great base for adventuring in the area. Host was responsive and made everything easy.

Benny's place was fabulous!! Everything we needed and more! Beautiful decor! Every room was so comfortable and spacious. Outdoor patio was peaceful and quiet in the evening. The whole place was exceptionally clean. 10 shining stars!!! Quick responses. Great location!!! Highly recommend!!!

Our stay in Moab at Carol's house was better than expected. Before arriving I was concerned about parking the trailer but there was plenty of room on the road just outside the house with easy access. The pool was refreshing after a long hot day out on the trail. I appreciated the use of the grill on the patio. Thanks again Carol for hosting my family.

The location was very good for our trip to Arches. the description of the rental was accurate. i did read the reviews and the description of the rental.And I do not remember seeing anything about it being up on the third floor with no elevator. Just an FYI for those of us with bad knees, and to be honest, I may have just missed it in the description. I did have difficulty getting my luggage up the stairs. The pool and hot tub were very nice and you will need to ask Chad for the gate code to get into that area. Kitchen was nicely appointed and the beds were very comfortable. A nice stay for the money and plenty of room.

Location was great.. a little out of town but away from noise. The kitchen was fully stocked and the condo had everything. It would have been nice to have a remote for the garage— we parked there when we came back in the afternoon—out of the sun. Directions to condo somewhat confusing. Had some initial issues with the tv remotes. Vacasa was very very responsive. Really enjoyed the place!!!

This property far exceeded our expectations. It was the perfect place to get away for the night. Comfortable beds, and coffee in the cabinet for the next morning. Perfect little area to walk our dogs. Secluded and quiet.

Our family thoroughly enjoyed staying in Brittany's place. We had a couple of minor issues after check-in that she resolved immediately and enthusiastically. We would certainly stay there again.
