Townhouse holiday rentals in Moab

Matt’s place is a little out of town, but pretty to look at the mountains. Nice to be across the street from the pool and playground. We drank the tap water and it seemed fine. Bring all your own condiments. The 3 bedrooms worked out well with my daughter, husband and 2 kids upstairs and we were downstairs with our own bath.

My friends and I stayed here for my bachelor party. The location is super convenient, not far from Arches National Park and many off road trails. I’d say this is one of the cleaner Airbnbs I’ve stayed at. Garage is super convenient, pools is nice, bathrooms are nice and clean, beds are comfy, and they include a binder with all sorts of local recommendations.

Loved our stay! Just what our family needed after days of smaller accommodations. Perfect spot for our base while visiting Arches, Canyonlands and enjoying the Moab area. Highly recommend!

This house was just what we needed for our family. We were able to get to Canyonlands and Arches National parks easily. The house was clean and had what we needed for cooking and relaxing after visiting the parks. Having access to the garage was awesome given that we have a plug-in hybrid car needing access to a wall outlet. The beds were comfy. The instructions to check in and out were easy to follow.

We had a great stay—beautiful, peaceful location in Moab that was exactly what we were looking for. The place was very comfortable, scenic, and check-in/check-out couldn’t have been smoother. Would definitely stay again.

This place is absolutely stunning and very easy to walk to restaurants. This place had a lot of amenities such as laundry detergents and dishwasher. Also a lot of towels. Very clean amazing place highly recommended!!

Beautiful home and location. The house has everything you need for a comfortable break. Every direction you look has amazing scenery. Close to arches national park and the city of Moab which has lots to do. Thank you

The condo is located about 4 miles south of Moab in a wonderful neighborhood in the foothills. Great neighborhood to walk in. We felt right at home. The condo is very comfortable. Elizabeth provided everything we needed. The garage came in handy on those hot sunny days. The drive to the entrance to Arches is about 25 minutes. One of the best Airbnb's we have stayed at. Would definitely come back and stay at this condo again,

Needed a place in Moab last minute and was SO lucky to have found this one. This home is super spacious and comfy. Loved being able to wash clothes and cook our meals. It was also nice to have the carport to keep that afternoon sun away. Super close drive to Arches. Ate dinner at Trailhead and the BBQ place that’s right down the street and both were great. Was able to walk to both and all the little shops. Would definitely stay again.

Great house! Very Clean, great for entertaining, and great proximity to downtown Moab. 10/10 would recommend.

Was exactly what we expected from the description and what we needed. The under the stairs kids playroom was a huge bonus!

Private, clean, spacious place to lay our heads while we explored Moab. While there are a lot of check out instructions compared to most Airbnbs, the beds were extremely comfortable, they were well-stocked with toiletries and towels, and the house was extremely clean. There's also a nice view of the mountains from the back!

No words. Simply fabulous !! Decor is perfection, Very quiet and relaxing location with incredible views. Extra roomy with everything you need. Huge garage for easy unloading. Nice private little outside sitting and barbecue area. I was worried it was to far out of town but the distance was perfect. Close enough to easily get to attractions but far away enough to avoid traffic congestion or crowds. We had the best time. Thanks so much.

What a great place for a family. Loved the patio that had a gate so our toddler could be outside safely. The accommodations were nice, the rooms were a good size and the place was clean. There was plenty of room in the garage four our machines and plenty of trailer parking. The hot tub was lovely after a day of riding. Thank you for sharing your place with us. We would recommend to anyone headed to Moab for a family vacation .

This place was awesome! Between the beautiful Moab rocky views, to the relaxing pool during the heat of the desert days, to a quaint and perfect lil neighborhood to walk our dog around with well managed landscaping / grass... we could not have asked for a better Moab get away. The hot tub and fire pit were such bonuses when things got chilly at night time. Would 100% stay again

Great place to launch all the adventures. Endless fun and exploring. Utilized the kitchen 100% during our 5 day stay. Beds super comfy with great water pressure. About 5 minutes from downtown Moab. Lexi answered all our questions and delivered a shortage of Nespresso pods. Enjoyed the hot tub during sunset and watched the bats fly around. So cool! Things to note: Parking is a few hundred feet away for those who have trouble walking or need to carry heavy items to the condo. Temp is regulated by owner, you do not have control. (Lexi worked with us on that) Road noise is constant (at least from the front bedroom). I used a sound machine to drain it out, no problem. None of these deterred us. Only mentioning because some people are particular and details help. Good spot to call home while tackling Moab area.

We have been going to Moab every year for the past 14 years. This was the cleanest place we have stayed in Moab. We will definitely stay here again next year if it’s available. Having a garage to store our bikes in while we weren’t using them, was a huge bonus. Ashley was great to check in & make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here.

Kent’s place was beautiful, clean, comfy and a short drive from downtown Moab and the surrounding natural beauty and national parks. The neighborhood was walkable and all whom we met were friendly. The accommodations were well stocked to meet all our needs. We really appreciated being able to do our laundry there too! Thanks, Kent, for a great place to stay in a beautiful place!

We had such a great stay in Moab! It was a few minutes’ drive away from the main strip but still had great views. The place was spotless and my kids loved the games. We were so appreciative of all the space and the beautiful decor.

We loved staying at this Airbnb! It was a little outside of town which I loved, less traffic and closer to the riding trails. Christine checked in on us often to make sure we had everything we needed and to let us know when there was a flash flood warning. I highly recommend and will stay here again!

Tod was always quick with any information I needed and provided timely details about all aspects of our stay (check-in, directions…..). Home was as advertised and the variety of kitchen appliances were a plus - many ways to make your coffee, cappuccino, espresso, etc. Highly recommend Tod and this home just a few minutes outside of Moab.

Awesome place in Moab. Wonderful place to stay with a few family's on the outskirts of Moab - but still close enough to get into town quickly if need be.
