Our property features a living room, fully stocked kitchen, dining area and bathroom downstairs. Washer and dryer for our guest's comfort. Upstairs features 2 bedrooms and second bathroom plus loft with futon, games, TV, toys and books for our little visitors. We have one car garage and patio with grill. Pool is shared with rest of the guests in our small complex.

Emy is a fantastic host, and we really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean, organized, and had everything you needed. All switches and drawers were labeled, so it really took the guesswork out of things and helped us get situated so much quicker. If we ever get the opportunity, we would definitely stay here again!

An excellent condo for a short stay. Huge bedroom and clean bathrooms. The only thing I would change is the couch in the living room, not comfortable. But that didn’t stop us from having a good time. I would definitely stay here again!

We LOVED Lulus place! Communication was excellent. Home was clean with everything you could need, especially in the kitchen. Beds were comfy. Home was very clean. The neighbourhood is quiet and beautiful. It was great to have pool access and a large garage to store our dirt bikes and equipment. Nice patio in the back yard. There were 5 of us total and there was more than enough space. Only a short 5 minute drive to downtown! We will 100% stay here again! Thanks again Lulu!!

The house was perfect for our family we had 8 family members they had two pull beds in the garage, they were missing blankets we made a quick call and someone delivered them right away. This was a great place for our group. It was easy to get to Arches and the views from the apartment itself were pretty. Parking was easy. We were able to do some laundry and cook an easy dinner. It was a quiet building. We would stay here again.

Was a great place to stay. Was a little out from town but it only took 7-10 minutes to get wherever you wanted to go in Moab. Nice to be out of the center of things. Unit was spacious, clean and well stocked for a kitchen. We had all we needed. Loved having a washer and dryer, too.

The condo hosted by Melissa was perfect for our guys trip of 5 for some mountain biking. With access to bikes the condo is in a good location to downtown. Melissa was a great host. She helped get our bags dropped in the garage ahead of check-in so we could go ride. We only cooked breakfast in the condo, but the kitchen seemed to everything needed for cooking more meals. We would stay here again on future trips.

Dan's place was the best basecamp for our family of 3's Moab adventures. Easy 10 min drive to downtown Moab. The place was spotless and had everything we needed. Beds were so comfortable after a long day of hiking! The kitchen is huge and has everything anyone could need to cook. In the summer the morning time on the back porch was awesome to sit and see the mountain views. We will definitely be back!
