Townhouse holiday rentals in Moab Valley

Entire place was clean and had all the kitchen equipments and basic spices, salt, coffee, sugar, oil etc that you would need to cook at airbnb. Bathrooms were clean and had enough towels for 6 people and they have washer dryer to wash your towels, clothes if you would like. If you are staying for more than 2 days then toiletry was short and they don't give extra shampoo, bodywash, lotion, etc. There were no toothbrush and toothpaste provided. But apart from that, we had a good stay.

Although we didn't stay long, this was a great place to spend a night! Extremely clean, amazing views, hot tub, games to play, etc. We only wish we could have stayed longer! Rossana was quick and friendly with information, recommendations (we did the Thai food recommendation and it was incredible) and responses. We would absolutely choose to stay here again if we are in Moab again!

We felt like we were staying at a friend's house at Rob's place! It is so well cared for, with a well stocked kitchen for meals at home and comfortable beds/linens. The backyard is so peaceful, with plenty of seating to relax. The pool was a bonus, and we loved having a garage to store bikes/gear for our adventures. Rob provided clear instructions, and was very responsive when we booked last minute.

Loved our stay! Just what our family needed after days of smaller accommodations. Perfect spot for our base while visiting Arches, Canyonlands and enjoying the Moab area. Highly recommend!

The townhouse was perfect for our trip to Canyonlands! We loved the location inside and out. The inside was beautiful, comfortable and fit our needs perfectly! Sitting on the patio outside was very relaxing after a day of hiking in the park. Thanks for sharing your lovely property!!

This place is absolutely stunning and very easy to walk to restaurants. This place had a lot of amenities such as laundry detergents and dishwasher. Also a lot of towels. Very clean amazing place highly recommended!!

Beautiful home and location. The house has everything you need for a comfortable break. Every direction you look has amazing scenery. Close to arches national park and the city of Moab which has lots to do. Thank you

We had a great stay for the one evening. Place was clean and comfortable.

Needed a place in Moab last minute and was SO lucky to have found this one. This home is super spacious and comfy. Loved being able to wash clothes and cook our meals. It was also nice to have the carport to keep that afternoon sun away. Super close drive to Arches. Ate dinner at Trailhead and the BBQ place that’s right down the street and both were great. Was able to walk to both and all the little shops. Would definitely stay again.

Very responsive when we had a reservation issue. Clean, great location, comfortable. We didn’t realize the pool was shared with so many other units and was quite busy, from the listing thought it was a private pool, but the whole experience was a good deal and we are happy with the stay.

Private, clean, spacious place to lay our heads while we explored Moab. While there are a lot of check out instructions compared to most Airbnbs, the beds were extremely comfortable, they were well-stocked with toiletries and towels, and the house was extremely clean. There's also a nice view of the mountains from the back!

Wonderful location, very peaceful and incredible views. The unit was in a quiet location and very clean. It felt like home the minute we walked in, there was everything we needed to enjoy our week exploring the area. A great place to relax and unwind after a day hiking and mountain biking, enjoyed the pool and hot-tub! Thank you!

Quiet and clean getaway just a couple minutes from downtown Moab. We really enjoyed our stay!

The place was great. The only issue was the management company that was really quite odd. I had let them know that one of the sheets had been torn when we arrived. It honestly wasn't that big of a deal, I just wanted the owner to know so that they knew they should replace the sheet. The responses from Evolve were just plain strange. I think this is an offshore company that must use a call center, but the communication was quite absurd and irritating. Who knows, maybe they use AI for their responses. That being said, the place is great and we really enjoyed it. I would absolutely recommend staying there, just be aware that you are not communicating with the owner, but a management company that isn't particularly competent.

Great spot to stay in Moab. Right near town but also private in a super nice area. Plenty of room to park and the pool was great! Would stay again and recommending to all nomad friends! I’d rather stay here than a hotel any day!

Nice unit and very responsive host for an early check in. Pool and tennis court are nice as well.

Great place to launch all the adventures. Endless fun and exploring. Utilized the kitchen 100% during our 5 day stay. Beds super comfy with great water pressure. About 5 minutes from downtown Moab. Lexi answered all our questions and delivered a shortage of Nespresso pods. Enjoyed the hot tub during sunset and watched the bats fly around. So cool! Things to note: Parking is a few hundred feet away for those who have trouble walking or need to carry heavy items to the condo. Temp is regulated by owner, you do not have control. (Lexi worked with us on that) Road noise is constant (at least from the front bedroom). I used a sound machine to drain it out, no problem. None of these deterred us. Only mentioning because some people are particular and details help. Good spot to call home while tackling Moab area.

We have been going to Moab every year for the past 14 years. This was the cleanest place we have stayed in Moab. We will definitely stay here again next year if it’s available. Having a garage to store our bikes in while we weren’t using them, was a huge bonus. Ashley was great to check in & make sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend staying here.

We had such a great stay in Moab! It was a few minutes’ drive away from the main strip but still had great views. The place was spotless and my kids loved the games. We were so appreciative of all the space and the beautiful decor.

Kent’s place was beautiful, clean, comfy and a short drive from downtown Moab and the surrounding natural beauty and national parks. The neighborhood was walkable and all whom we met were friendly. The accommodations were well stocked to meet all our needs. We really appreciated being able to do our laundry there too! Thanks, Kent, for a great place to stay in a beautiful place!

Really nice location on outskirts of Moab. Pool and hot tub are a short walk, to other side of development. Two nice bedrooms, both upstairs. Nice grill and cooking options. Worked really well for us. We would return.
