Our home is located 6 miles from downtown Moab. Arches National Park is located 11 miles from our home, a 25 minute drive. Dead Horse Point State Park is 26 miles from our home, a 35 minute drive. After you visit DHP, you can continue travel to Canyonlands, 9 min. Please be aware that we limit AC to 70 degrees. We ask that you run the dishwasher and take out the trash prior to your departure. Comfortable 3 bedroom/2 bath townhome with full size garage, plenty of parking. 6 guests max.

Arches Retreat: Best Location! No stairs! Pool

Our spacious townhome is single level with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It's in a great location in a quiet neighborhood just two blocks from the center of downtown. It comfortably sleeps six adults and up to eight with a sleeper sofa. We have fast fiber internet. The condo is throughly cleaned by a professional cleaner before your stay. This house is owner managed. We do not accept animals or pets. There is a $300 nightly fee for animals. Entrances are monitored by security cameras.

My modern twin townhome is in the center of Moab just two blocks off Main Street in a quiet neighborhood. Vaulted ceilings make the living space light and bright with windows facing east and south. Detailed cleaning/disinfecting. Dual-band WiFi. Fully stocked with all you need. Great outdoor patio with gas BBQ. Two doors down is a great bike shop (with a daily shuttle to key trails), and one block from Moab's best Thai restaurant. 50 amp electric vehicle outlet for a fee.
