Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Modave

Avner was extremely helpful and friendly, allowing us to leave our bags at the house before our check-in time so that we could go explore Spa. The house was pristine and comfortable, with a complete kitchen that allowed us to cook like we were at home. Though we didn't need it, there was a booklet listing the essential facilities in Spa (pharmacy, doctor's office) as well as restaurant suggestions and activities to do around the town, which we found quite thoughtful. Overall, an amazing apartment for a very affordable price!

Lovely apartment in the pedestrian area. Directly above an organic bakery with a great breakfast. We enjoyed the beautiful days.

Really beautiful place! Tastefully decorated, very clean, functional with all comforts. The kitchen and bathrooms are more than equipped. Lots of small touches are present in all rooms to make us feel really at home. Communication with Sarah goes very well, she responds quickly to our messages and tries to satisfy us as best as possible. We recommend ++++ and we will come back.

We booked Jean-François' apartment especially for a serial marathon, and frankly, it was perfect! The video projector and home theater installation are great: we were able to fully enjoy our two nights. The couch is comfortable, the WiFi connection is fast, and everything was fine when we arrived. Thanks to Jean-François for his warm welcome and responsiveness! We'll definitely be back for a future session.

Super nice, very private and nice house with all comforts. Good beds and the jacuzzi is a plus. Philippe leaves you alone, which is also nice. I was given attention because it was my friend's birthday, which was a very nice surprise.

A wonderful weekend at Stéphane and Dominique's. We regret not having extended our stay to enjoy the place and the surroundings. Small, nice and peaceful brunch on Sunday morning on the terrace. Our daughter, who got married the day before, enjoyed the calm and peaceful nature after this festive event! We highly recommend the Gîte du Commandant 🙏

Filip's place is really highly recommended, the house is a dream and the amenities are really great. You will find everything you need. We spent a fantastic long weekend at Brigitte's house! Endless space, everything is as cozy and clean as it looks in the pictures. You can take great walks and hikes in the nearby area. In addition, Brigitte is a very nice and helpful hostess! Great!

Great place, exactly like the pictures. Location is good, nice of of the river and the surroundings of the city and the old town is only 10 minutes walking away

We had a wonderful week in cottage "Lief". Actually, no criticisms. Everything was very complete and well arranged. The communication was smooth, friendly and clear, very pleasant. Wonderful apartment right on the Maas, perfect for excursions by bike and car. In the small garden behind the house, you can enjoy breakfast and dinner in nature and watch the swallows hunt. Francis & Catherine's apartment is highly recommended.

We were greated by Rubi for the check in and she gave us an excellent overview of the apartment and tips for things to do near by. We had a great stay and would highly recommend the apartment!

Stayed at Yves' place in Hasselt a while ago. Very nice appartement with a beautiful view of a small park right in the centre of Hasselt. Yves was very responsive and gave us some extra recommendations. Overall a really great experience and I would definitly book this place again if I revisit Hasselt!

We stayed at Dimitri’s place for 6 nights and towards the end of the stay, we were almost a little sad to leave. Excellently located, it was near everything we wanted to do and a few minutes walk from the station. Inside, we enjoyed our access to the terrace when the weather permitted. Bathroom was nice, with a hot shower and we had a comfortable bed. I would recommend this place to anyone!
