Claudio and Mayra's apartment is great and matches the photos and description perfectly. The balcony is really the highlight of the property. The maintenance and condition of the apartment, furniture, cabinets, appliances and utensils are really impeccable, which is impressive for a beach apartment. The reception at check-in was great and super easy. The condominium has a very good structure and its exclusive access is just a few steps from the beach. Ice machine, chairs and umbrella on the beach. Everything was very good. I highly recommend it!

The apartment was clean and organized upon arrival, just like in the photos. The place is safe and the reception was smooth, the building staff are attentive. The host was attentive and responds quickly. The stay went well, apartment with sea view and close to the sand. I recommend it and I will come back more often.

Great location for those who want a house with a foot in the sand. The house also has household appliances that facilitate the routine of the house with children: washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, microwave, air-fryer. The house has a layout that integrates kitchen and living room, also allowing the view of the pool, so that adults can supervise the children. The furniture is well maintained and the decoration of the house is clean. And, most importantly: contact with the host, who is always attentive and answers all questions.

We spent the last Easter holiday staying in this house and it was a wonderful experience! I was with my family and we had super fun days. We were very welcome and attended to during the entire stay. Whenever I needed something, Rodrigo was available to help us, as was the homemaker, who was also very attentive. I recommend and we definitely intend to come back more often!

The weekend at Juliane's house was great! House with a beautiful view, spacious rooms, accommodated 8 people very well, with a very good infrastructure and next to Náutica Castelinho. We'll be back for sure!

The place is amazing! The house is literally on the sea, next to a beautiful and calm beach. A hidden paradise, indeed! The house is charming, all decorated with a naval theme, and contains all the practicalities advertised. The recommendation of backpacks and/or light handbags, due to the stairs to the beach/house, should be taken seriously - but little by little you can take more things -. Filippe responded quickly and was super helpful! I recommend it to everyone!

Beautiful House. We went in 8 people and the house served us super well. The view from the dam is wonderful and staying in the pool enjoying the scenery is a delight. Marília was super attentive, even before we arrived, sent us recommendations and it was super easy to check in and check out. my only addendum would be the mega ramp of access to the house. Please keep this in mind as it is extremely steep and was very difficult to leave (we even had to wither the car tires).

The house is simply perfect, beautiful, super comfortable, well cared for and full of details that show the whimsy the house has. We arrived and the house was impeccable, very clean and organized, perfectly held me and my family, with suites equipped with air conditioning, tv, fan, pillows, toilet paper, tapestry, all with work bench and cozy decor. The kitchen is a magazine, beautiful, with a huge and super functional island, a delight to spend family moments cooking and talking, it has all the utensils, dishes and bowls, there is nothing missing. Ahhh and the sound was certainly a differential apart, with height regulation separated by environments, too much!! The heated pool is not even talked about, we went in the fall and we were able to enjoy a lot of because it was heated, including the night. If it wasn't heated we probably wouldn't even use it because of the cold. Alem of the house being PERFECT, Chris and Edu were super attentive and kind to us We'll definitely get back, I loved it!

We had a great holiday at Luciana's house. She was very responsive and kind in communication, willing promptly to answer questions and resolve what was necessary. The water of the dam is clean and great for swimming! Access to the dam is for many stairs, which for us was not a problem (and we already knew), but it is worth taking into account if you have reduced mobility. The super-equipped kitchen was a differential.

Stunning stay, the accommodations are exactly like the photos, all very clean, organized and functional. Gabriela is an odd person, accessible at all times and supported us in everything, always explaining everything in the smallest detail. The condominium is quiet, security 24h, has a mini convenience and has polite and helpful staff. The beach is a few steps away from the condominium and has beach service (chair and sunguard). We like it very close to the beach and impeccable apartment

Quiet, comfortable and very friendly place, as well as the hosts Carla and Rodolfo. Rodolfo was a gentleman during our stay. Accommodation on the upper floor, access by a small staircase, with a balcony and two spacious bedrooms, quality bed and bath linens. The kitchen has everything you could need and it's even possible to have a good barbecue. The decoration and lighting are harmonious, with works of art by the owner. The design and access to the condominium is fantastic, large patio for parking and resembles an Azorean village and is well located in relation to the beach. We will definitely be back.

My family and I really like the apartment, appropriate amenities and facing the sea. The condominium is well organized and the staff is attentive. Miguel attended to us promptly and from the beginning everything was being resolved in time. Thank you Miguel, we hope to be able to return. Cuddles.
