Warm, comfortable apartment, with stunning view of the Matterhorn. Full view from the living-room and, of course, from the balcony. Sleeping 3-4 people, our flat enjoys plenty of natural light. Our flat is located within 10min walking distance from the city center/Sunnegga and 15min walking distance from the main train station called 'Zermatt' (of which 5min uphill). Alternatively, you can take a cab (2min) and then walk uphill (5min).

The apartment was serene, situated perfectly overlooking the town of Zermatt with the Matterhorn right in front, breathtaking view to wake up to each day. The amenities were plush, and my family had an incredibly comfortable and relaxing stay. Judith is a warm, welcoming host who went out of her way to ensure everything was perfect throughout. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience Zermatt at its finest!

Lugar encantador. Tudo perfeito, limpo e decoração de bom gosto. Tem um belo elevador que facilita muito entrar com as malas. A vista é de tirar o fôlego, comunicação com Janine é excelente e não deixa dúvida alguma. Muito proativa, nos ofereceu traslado para Zermatt mas nós já tínhamos o Ticket do trem. Eu estava de carro e estacionei gratuitamente na frente do apartamento. Local muito confortável, recomendo estadia neste local. Janine, parabéns pelo local, muito sucesso e com certeza voltaremos. Abraços.

Veldig godt fornøyd med oppholdet. Vi var tre voksne og det fungerte godt. Leiligheten var som beskrevet i annonsen, rent, pent og ryddig. Fikk mye god informasjon fra vertene, så inn-og utsjekk var ikke noe problem og vertene svarte raskt på våre henvendelser. Gratis parkering rett utenfor døren. Stille rolig område, våknet til fuglesang og bjelleklang om morgenen.

1.-7.6.2025 Im "Raccard" verbrachten wir mit unserer Lagotto-Hündin Giulia herrliche Ferientage. Das Häuschen ist sehr schön eingerichtet. Man betritt das Haus durch eine grosse Glastüre und gelangt in die heimelige, relativ grosse Stube mit Esstisch. Die Küche ist perfekt eingerichtet, das Badezimmer top. Das grosse Bett mit weisser Bettwäsche im oberen Stock ist sehr bequem. Alle Räume haben Fenster, die geöﬀnet werden können. Die meisten sind mit Mückengittern ausgestattet. Der Gartensitzplatz mit prächtiger Aussicht sowie der kleine Balkon neben der Eingangstüre laden zum Verweilen ein ... Bachrauschen und Vogelgezwitscher sind die einzigen Geräusche ... Eine ruhig Wohlfühloase durch und durch!!! Ferien machen im "Raccard" sehr empfehlenswert ... 100 Punkte!!! Fritz und Annemarie
