House holiday rentals in Moka District

Thanks to Julie for hosting us and for her advice. We had a very good week in this accommodation, with every comfort. Thanks also to the owners Dominique and Michel for their hospitality. The place is perfect for a family stay. Spacious, quiet and close to nature. If we had to note a negative point, it is the fact that the house is far from the center, you must have a car to go shopping or go to the restaurant. This house has no flaws, it really belongs to the luxury category. It is modern, cosy. There is a swimming pool, Jacuzzi, each bedroom has its own shower and toilet and air conditioning. Everything in the house is well thought out, despite the proximity of nature,there are no insects in the house, everything is very clean. Cleaning of the house and pool is included in the price. A large modern kitchen with everything you need (and more), a large TV with access to all services, and the jewel of the house - the roof with stunning views. The owner of the house, Gilbert, is a very nice person, always on call, met us personally and showed us around. He organised a tour to the dolphins and even prepared a small gift, which was very nice. We felt like we were visiting a good old friend. There are some good restaurants, a supermarket and Le Morne beach close to the house, I liked it the best on the west coast of Mauritius. We definitely recommend this house and its professional owner Gilbert!

The Villa is amazing. Very peaceful, safe and has a beautiful beach front view. Its extremely spacious with a huge living room and dining. Kitchen has all the amenities required. The best part is the outside sitting area where they also have an 8 seater dining table, where you can sit and enjoy the view of the calm beach. The view of the sunset is breathtaking from here. Swimming pool is very clean and regularly maintained. Master bedroom is quite big. The host of the villa Asvin, is extremely helpful and friendly. Him and the manager Sudesh made sure that we checked in properly and made sure that we were comfortable during our entire stay. Some good restaurants to try, nearby, are Village Cafe (Bf) Chessy Latte (Pizzas), Happy Rajah (Indian) and Chamarel Panoramic Viewpoint Restaurant (Amazing view). Grocery store, London bay, is also very nearby. Overall we loved the place and had an amazing time at the Villa !!

Great stay at a peaceful, cozy and beautiful house. It was private, clean, and fully furnished. Also a warm Stephanie to welcome us. Would have it as a first choice when around Grand Baie again. Did also receive a lot of information before the stay as well as tips about local activities/places to visit. For other visitors: following the GPS instructions can make you follow a bad unpaved road through bushes but if you read the map yourself you can get there through a good paved road as the residence is in an urbanised area.

This estate is awesome. Beautiful patio, garden and pool. Well suited for exploring the close by Black River Gorge national park and Le Morne beach. Valerie is a super host! Very friendly, attentive, proactive, providing lots of local info and easy to communicate with.

It's a beautiful place, calm, serene & peaceful. The villa is rustic with beautiful corners & paintings adorning its walls. It's is close by to everything including the airport. There is a detailed guidebook curated by the hosts. And there is a little corner for books.

Great house, very original architecture and totally worth seeing! The host was very responsive and helpful. A lot of attention to details to make you feel welcomed and comfortable. Thank you!

Even before arriving in Mauritius, Caroline was very available. We immediately felt his kindness, his gentleness to our children and his hospitality. A pleasure to have had the opportunity to discover his accommodation as well as his cooking skills since we were able to taste a local dish made by him. Everything is planned for a great stay. We would definitely recommend this place. A BIG thank you again!! We do not plan to return to Mauritius in the months/years that arrive however we keep the address precious, we never know!!

Our stay went very well thanks to Pierre and his wife Roseline very friendly and always ready to meet our needs. Thank you for this lovely apartment well-located and well-equipped. Don't change, you are great! If we return to Mauritius, this is where we will want to stay. We highly recommend it!
