An intimate and stylishly decorated studio in a pre-war, modernist tenement house on the border of Old Mokotów and Śródmieście, designed from start to finish by us - an architect and a graphic designer. The place is surrounded by parks, restaurants and bars, it is located close to an important transport hub, at Plac Unii Lubelskiej, 1 minute from the tram stop, a walk from the Royal Baths, Ujazdowski Castle and Plac Zbawiciela - the heart of the nightlife of this part of Warsaw.

Supreme location in downtown Warsaw within walking distance to such attractions as one of the best theatres in Warsaw (TR Warszawa), Saviour Square with great hang-out places (Charlotte, etc) and Łazienki Park (a bit smaller from Central Park in NYC but definitely more beautiful :)). The apartment is located in the second row which makes it very quiet and also very sunny! It’s on 4th floor with no lift so you’ll enjoy some excercise! Self check-in allows flexibility.

The ‘Soft Loft’ was created at the back of the most popular and energetic Nowy Swiat Street in the only building in the city with its own tower.
