It is located on a hill, just 6 km from the crystal clear sea of Polignano a Mare (BLUE FLAG SINCE 2008 and 5 LEGAMBIENTE SAILS) with its wonderful sea caves to discover by boat. The villa is made exclusively of stone, wood and glass, on two levels, and is characterized by the presence of one hectare of park, a large panoramic terrace overlooking the sea, and a solarium. Inside the park, to stay in perfect shape during your vacation at La Fortezza, a fully equipped gym is available to guests (free of charge) with an elliptical, bench and dumbbells, punching bag and gloves, and total body workout equipment. The wood-burning oven and barbecue are available for guests to prepare and enjoy pizzas, focaccias and outdoor grills. This house is on the ground floor in the historic center of Mola di Bari. It was renovated in 2015 by recovering two rooms used in the past as a storage for the fishing nets of one of the most famous fishermen in the area: my father. It has two entrances: a main one on Via Duomo 19 and a secondary one. It is close to restaurants, the sea, pharmacies, bars and nightlife. Grotta Confort in the Sassi

Inside a popular hotel in the Sassi di Matera, this cave room is accessed from the common terrace through a large French door. It's an alcove entirely dug into the tuff. Extremely welcoming even just for the conformation, hollow and rounded it looks almost like a mother's womb. The bathroom, although small, has a bidet and a shower.
