We had a lovely peaceful stay at the barn. Instructions were clear on location and how to access the front door. It was a beautiful setting and we had a very undisturbed sleep as so quiet. Thank you

Country Cottage with room to chill 3 bed with pool

LouiseRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We really enjoyed our stay at Petley, it is a beautiful cottage. Unfortunately the tumble dryer was out of service but luckily we had the weather on our side. Andy & Mandy are brilliant hosts and were always on hand and quick to respond. They were really accommodating for our young family which we really appreciated. It was a nice personal touch with the video call to show us around the property. Would definitely recommend.

The Smithy on the Square

LindaRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
The Smithy could not be more beautiful or more comfortable. It is the prettiest little house with a window box overflowing with petunias in the prettiest little English country square you could imagine (like something Disney would make up but better) with the ‘big house’ through the gates at one end of the square and a picture perfect church and pub the other end. The beds are huge and so comfortable. The garden is perfect for eating and sitting out in and I loved the kitchen which took me back in time to simpler, happy times (although please don’t get the wrong idea, everything is modern, clean, works and is up to date!). It just has a lovely nostalgic feel to it, perhaps because it reminded me of happy childhood times in my grandmother’s house, sitting at the kitchen table. I spent one afternoon cooking in it and feeling really relaxed ‘at home’ in a way that it isn’t always possible to feel at home! My husband and our Canadian cousins walked to Canterbury along the Pilgrims Way.

Elegant Hideaway (Fern Bell)

NicolaRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Had such a lovely stay at Fern Belle. Wish I had more than one night but it was all I could do this time. A perfectly tranquil and peaceful setting. It had everything we needed for our stay. The weather was perfect which helped and we enjoyed dining outside using the bbq to cook our meal and just staying out late appreciating our surroundings. Having an outside bath was so lovely and gave the extra special touch to make for a perfect escape to reset and recharge. Thank you so much x

The Hopper Huts was a lovely place to stay. Full of light, spacious and well decorated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and appreciated the view and greenery. Well located for Whitstable and Canterbury so was easy for days out. I definitely would recommend.

The Goods Truck

NaomiRating, 5 stars1 day ago
Stayed in the private suite for one night and found it absolutely delightful — snug, quiet, and thoughtfully equipped for a short countryside escape. The space had everything we needed, and the surrounding area is peaceful and full of charm. The location is walkable to Selling station, but do note: if you’re relying on public transport, trains can be delayed or cancelled, which can make getting there a bit tricky without a car. Once you’re there, it’s lovely — surrounded by fields, and close to some wonderful seasonal activities like cherry picking and farm dinners. A great choice for a serene overnight stay in nature.

‘The Water Snug’ Floating Lake Cabin

SydneyRating, 5 stars5 days ago
Just wow! This place is extremely special. If you’re looking for peace and tranquility with style & cleanliness you won’t be disappointed. The boat is just stunningly decorated, with huge windows where you feel like you’re in the middle of the lake. The decor is tastefully done, the bedding/towels smelt amazing aha! Netflix and lots of dvds for cosy nights in. It was warm as we went in the middle of summer but a fan was supplied. But being warm was worth that view. One of my favourite airbnbs, I’d love to come every year. Both hosts were wonderfully friendly and the pub is a 10min walk, with beaches a short drive away. Thank you!
