This was our first visit to the Norway; traveling from North Carolina, USA. Åshild's place was absolutely fantastic. Beautiful and clean. Perfect location for exploring the area. She was the perfect host, there if we needed her but not intrusive. We'd stay here again if we're ever back in the area. Highly recommend.

Super apartment that was absolutely clean and beautifully furnished to feel absolutely comfortable. Fantastic apartment. Simply amazing - location, facilities, size…..everything was perfect.

The most incredible view! House was extremely spacious and clean, but what made this house so special was the beautiful garden and view. We enjoyed several al fresco meals as well as just sitting and taking in the fjord views in peace. Kamila was also a great host. She was very responsive and gave great recommendations for things to do in the area.

We were a wonderful 4 weeks in Karls hus. The apartment was as described in the listing and left nothing to be desired. Charles's father, Leif, received us. A very friendly and open man who showed us around and explained everything. If we had any questions, he was always on hand. The moments on the terrace were particularly beautiful....sunshine, sea sounds and the many birds. From the property it is close to the Atlantic road and restaurants as well as shopping. We can 100% recommend this place, so from us 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

What a great beautiful apartment with a fantastic view. The apartment is spacious with a beautiful terrace with panoramic views. The beds are nice. The kitchen and bathroom are also nice and there is everything you could need to prepare a simple meal. Communication was good, we did not see each other 'live' but that was not necessary. We enjoyed it, thank you so much!

The place was spotless, beautifully maintained, and equipped with everything a guest on the road might need—from kitchen essentials to thoughtful little touches that made it feel like home. Egil’s home was a beautiful and comfortable haven in the middle of the most stunning scenery my family and I have ever seen. Waking up to that breathtaking view each day was really special. In spite of the constantly changing weather on the fjord in May, we were still able to enjoy sitting outside and enjoying the hot tub at the end of a day hiking. Egil provided us with so much good information and was always available to answer questions. He went out of his way to make a reservation for us at Christian Gaard for dinner, which was another unforgettable experience. We highly recommend doing this. Thanks so much Egil for everything. , We would love to return someday!

The place was absolutely perfect, I have only positive things to say. Shielded from the city, but still very short to drive to the city. Excellent! Kamilla was very friendly and helpful with messages. 10/10.

We had a very good stay here! The apartment had everything we needed – it was clean, central, and in a quiet area. It was also very convenient with parking in the basement and charging for the electric car. Extra plus for board games and short distance to the store! An unforeseen problem arose during the stay, which was beyond anyone's control, but the host handled the situation quickly and resolved it in a way that benefited everyone. Communication with the host was good throughout the stay. Definitely recommend this place further!

Very satisfied about the stay. Everything was excellent.

We only spent one night at Pawel's apartment but enjoyed our stay. The apartment is rather small but still offers more than enough space for two people. It is located between Aksla and the city in a rather quiet neighborhood. You can enjoy nice views from the terrace and are still in the city center within 10 minutes by car. Communication with Pawel was always friendly and seamless.

The condo was fantastic: well equipped, deeply clean, tidy and comfy. So it was already a great start. And then we met the family running it and it became even better. They were super on top of messages, quickly addressed our questions and went the extra mile to make us feel at home. I had read something about noise upstairs in a review -we don't agree. While we did hear some light steps, it was completely fine. Had a great evening and nights sleep. They are very quiet. Bent and his son are extraordinary hosts and the apartment is cozy, roomy, clean and well equipped. Couldn't have asked for more. Thanks! ❤️

Elin and Kenneth were very hospitable and made themselves available far more than expected and were very service minded. I recommend everyone to stay here if you need an accommodation or more in the area. We'll be back ;)
