The apartment is very comfortable and in a great location. There are several small markets and a grocery store nearby if you want to cook and several good restaurants and coffeeshops if you don't. There is a desk that looks out on the backyard it's nice if you need to work while you are there.

Great location and professionally ran property! Has a sauna and swimming pool in the basement. The host has been super helpful

Liudmila's Cozy house is more like a cozy, and very stylish home. Incredible room throughout and with 2 bedrooms with walk in type closets and the upper floor had two couches that also convert into beds, perfect for up to 5 people. Being able to drive the car into the private enclosed space was great and very secure. Cathedral Park and Sun City are just around the corner and Piața Centrală is just down the road. Everything is in walkable distance. This home is delightful!

het huis ligt iets van een grote weg in een hofje. De binnenplaats heeft een prachtige walnotenboom waardoor er steeds schaduw is. het huis is super fijn

Super clean, quiet 1 room appartment, super conveniently located (quiet streets, supermarket close by, 5min away from various restaurants and shops, but you get a cosy backyard with rose bushes upfront). Lilia is very helpful and accommodating (I booked a day in advance) +her mother is great. it is easy to misunderstand though that there is no full kitchen (no stove/oven), so don't get surprised. Otherwise great place to stay, thanks Lilia!

Отличная квартира! Приезжал по делам — было удобно добираться до любой точки. Чисто, уютно, просторно. Хороший подъезд, рядом большой магазин, в котором можно купить всё необходимое. Хозяйка постоянно была на связи и отвечала на все вопросы. Советую!

Overall, the place is nice. It looks like the pictures, and it is spotless, providing all the necessary household supplies. The location is positioned near public transportation, a gym and grocery shops. I do consider, however, that the bed mattress isn't on par with the rest of the apartment, and it needs to be changed. I leave 5 stars, nonetheless, because I believe the landlords, being responsive as they are, will promptly address the issue and replace the mattress, thereby significantly increasing the level of comfort.

I visited Artur's place for two nights. A nice apartment at the best location of Chisinau. Artur is a n excellent host, answering everything almost immediately. I would recommend this house to everyone.

The apt is really big, it has two rooms, one with a double bed and a small couch and another one with a sofá bed. Everything went great and Dima, the host, was very friendly and helpful!

Our trip started really nice with our accomodations. Apartment was as described, host friendly and helped us with tips regarding parking and stores. Both bedrooms are really good and the bathroom had everything we needed. I believe one of the best places to stay in Chișinău !

I am fully satisfied with my stay in this apartment. The property is accurately represented in the photos, and it's very clean and well-equipped. Communication with the host was prompt and helpful throughout the whole stay. The location, while outside of city center, offers convenient access to numerous supermarkets and other services. Public transportation is readily available, with buses departing every few minutes.

We stayed here for 8 days with my wife and our 3-month-old son, and everything was even better than the photos and description. It truly felt like home. The place was cozy and comfortable — we especially loved the atmosphere, the bed, and the fact that there’s a second room. The bathroom was clean, the hot water was great, and the internet was fast and reliable. The location is also perfect — there were plenty of nice places to walk around and explore. And most importantly, the host was incredibly kind and welcoming. Thank you so much! We’ll definitely come back. This was by far the best value for money we’ve ever experienced — outstanding quality and service at such an affordable price. Bardzo przyjemny pobyt w nowoczesnym i czystym mieszkaniu. W mieszkaniu jest wszystko czego potrzeba, okolica spokojna - prywatne osiedle. Komunikacja z właścicielem była bardzo dobra!

Отличная квартира. Особенная изюминка это ванная и гардеробная. Удобная просторная квартира. Все понравилось. Есть магазины в пешей доступности (подниматься наверх в горку и квартира на 4м этаже, лифта в доме нет). Красивый вид из окна.
