The apartment is located in the Lagoa da Conceição neighborhood, close to the main beaches of the east of the island - Praia da Joaquina, Praia Mole and Praia do Campeche. The space is new and located on a quiet street. In the vicinity, there are several shops, such as bakeries, restaurants, shopping, fruit shops, pharmacy, warehouse, ice cream shops, among others. In addition, there is also a beautiful trail nearby – approximately 1.5 km – that passes through woods and dunes, and arrives at the beach.

Located on a quiet street 600 meters from Lagoa, close to cafes, supermarket, pharmacy, restaurants, bars. The kitchen is fully equipped. Balcony with barbecue. Parking space in the building's garage. We are 10 minutes by car from the beaches of Joaquina and Mole. IMPORTANT: we do not accept pets (condominium rules)

The Atelier, Hideaway Estate

The atelier was built as an artist's studio, in an open loft style, light and airy. It is nestled in amongst the trees at eye level with the birds It is truly a magnificent stand and i feel very proud to show it to guests as it looks so much more beautiful than in the photos. Guests have told me about the magic of the lake at night especially during a full moon when it becomes like a mirror reflected right back into the atelier. For nature lovers, it is truly paradise.

Family residence in Barra da Lagoa, where the second floor is reserved and divided into three apartments for guests looking for a quiet, cozy and receptive environment. All three apartments feature cable TV, air-conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet and a common area (exclusively for guests) with a barbecue grill, hammock and a beautiful view. The apartments are a TWO-MINUTE walk to the beach. We provide a Blender, Coffee Maker, Sandwich Maker and Orange Juicer.
