In the morning, light gently floods the living room with a view of the lagoon; at night, the silence is only broken by the sound of crickets and the breeze. Just a few minutes from the best beaches in Florianópolis and the lively center of Lagoa, you will be surrounded by nature while having everything nearby.

Close to restaurants, clubs, Praia Mole and Joaquina, very cozy and has one of the most beautiful views in Floripa, and an incredible sunset at Lagoa da Conceição. The house is on the second floor, and you have to climb stairs to access the house. Access to the beach is via a steep ramp, but for clubs and restaurants it is via a beautiful trail. There is no parking in the condominium due to the access. There is a secure parking lot at one of the condominium exits, with a daily rate of $50.00.
